Yeah, I hear you. It depends on the type of item (probably vests/corsets here) so when you are submitting a CW you have to pay 4000 CSC to submit it (for the 4000 csc category, releasers generally ask for 600 csc per slot). I don't know if you are practical with the submission form, you can have a look at it here if not. I hope it helps understanding! x.x
