Fasting (from food) until 3pm. Had an iced coffee this morning for breakfast.
Some extras from at home lunches (noodles and sauce et al). Good eatin'
Coconut yogurt, slices of mango, and an almond/cashew mix.
Frito pie, and some fizzy shit drink...
Vegetables & Chicken Breast
Coffee, Shiitake chicken, and white rice I prepared with toasted sesame oil, reheated from frozen Trader Joe's. The mix as-is IMO doesn't have enough vegetables so I added broccoli and spinach.
Woke up starving and last nightβs dinner leftovers looked good. Spicy chicken stir-fry with celery and peanuts over a little basmati rice.

Today's breakfast was a simple fried egg sandwich.

Oatmeal with Lyle's Golden Syrup, cinnamon, dried cranberries, walnuts, almonds, and pepitas. The drizzle of treacle makes it so good!

Today's breakfast was Cold Coffee, Dried Squid, and a Go-gurt.... (it was one of those I'm hungry but I wish to put no effort into this kind of mornings)
Scrambled eggs, sausage gravy & biscuits, bacon, and coffee. (I actually made food this time)
Roasted peppers, Fried eggs, and toast.
Homemade pain de mie with whipped cream cheese and smoked salmon, and a cherry plum.
