Check a few posts up - the amazing has made a spiffy change so now when you feed your pet it tells you their current hunger -tears of joy-
I noticed that this morning and thought it was an amazing quality of life fix! Thank you for doing that!
Thanks for notifying us about these great updates! :)
Will do. Just a couple caching-related things left c:

I felt the was very important info haha.
whines quietly in corner I have so many pets that the pagination helped me find them. Now I am goggling at the whole long page like a deer in headlights before it occurs to me to use Find.
What I don't like is, that pets are shrinking again big time. This seems to happen almost sitewide. Can you please stop that? I want to see my pets full size, also on smaller windows!!!
Will there ever be the option to have the pagination back? I really liked having it, I'd ordered my pets in a way that I knew which pets had to be worked on by which page they were on. No big deal if not, it was just convenient for me is all.
No. The only reason we had pagination in the first place was because otherwise the page took too long to load (or just didn't load at all). There are better (and more proper) ways to accomplish the functionality you describe, but that can be discussed in the future :)
I don't really know what you're referring to about the pet images. It's probably just cuz we're on a really terrible layout right now as far as responsiveness goes. But I didn't actually change the layout at all on the page, so I don't think it's relevant here.
[edit] Also I fixed that dropdown thing like a month ago hahaha, thank you for noticing XD

I'll be honest, a little disappointed to hear that but there's probably not many people who will miss the pages. Things are a little slower for me on the page now (around 10 seconds as opposed to the 3-4 of before) and scrolling too quickly makes my tablet freak out, but I'll get used to things eventually.
Thank you for all the hard work around the site, I'll quit being a party pooper and let everyone enjoy the new changes now xD
They look smaller to me than usual, though :-(
That's really unusual - We tested with 70+ pets on that page and it was still a second or two at most. So I suspect it may be your connection or something else that's slowing it down.
Like I said, depending on what people were using the pagination for, we can find more proper ways to achieve the same functionality :) For instance, if you were using it to know which pets to worked on, maybe in the future we can have a way to tag or categorize your pets somehow.
[edit] Maybe your browser is zoomed out? There's a keyboard shortcut for zooming out so you might be at 90% zoom or something accidentally. The images (and everything else on that page) are the same size they've always been.

@ Kisrah didn't read all the thread, but i like your idea.
the dashboard could also have an abandoning link. clicking on said link, we'd be given the option to choose which pet we want to abandon. unless, this would be too much work, of course, or confusing for other users.
I really have to update my blog ObscureJourney and my review site BeingObscure. French speakers can read my reviews here.
I think that's best left as it is, as a link for each individual pet. The way it is now, you can clearly see which pet you are abandoning.
i only mentioned it because of the page loading issue - otherwise i think you're right

I am not old. I am gracefully aged
Oh wow - thank you for all the amazing changes. Subeta just keeps getting better and better as you and keep working on all sorts of user experience improvements. And I am truly excited that you are also working on implementing things "the right way" so that Subeta will be easier to maintain and/or change going forward. Great work - very much appreciated.
You should read the thread! The page loading issue has been solved.
