My favorite would definitely be Ben and Jerry's phish food, but if I had to pick something more generic then I would have to choose coconut (which is perfect with fudge). Honestly though, I don't think theres such a thing as a bad ice cream flavor.

I'm a fan of plain chocolate (or any variation of it like chocolate w/brownie/choco chunks) or mint choco chip.

My favorite ice cream used to be Blue Bunny’s Red Velvet, But I can’t get it anymore (I don’t think they sell it on the west coast anymore, or at least nowhere near me), though plain vanilla or chocolate chip are good too.

My favorite normal flavor is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. But, I love Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Therapy.

traditional bright yellow Cornish clotted cream ice cream...the sweet creamy vanilla-ry richness is to die for and reminds me of a childhood spent at the beach... ^_^
