Oh I see :D! that sounds similar to Polish culture (I have a lot of friends from Poland) and St. Nicholas comes and visits little children on December 6th also :D! I believe they celebrate the rest of Christmas in the same manner as us (I think!) I love the cultural differences around the world ❤️!!! I hope you enjoy your holidays ❤️ :D!
Always happy to see your give-a-way :) Thank you again for rinning it for another holiday season. Hope your family has the best holiday, and may there be many, mnany more!
: Heyy! So glad to see your annual ping once again; you always bring a smile to my face (both with the event, and your personality in general!) :)
How are the kiddos doing? Any less crazy-making than before? ;p
I love your strange gifts. x3 I'd love something under my tree, will send some stuff your way as well. Merry Luminaire!
- We cut the tomato in smaller pieces, then cooking it until the peels start to roll up (cca 1-2 hrs). Then we are pounding it to remove the peel and the seeds, and then cooking it again (2-3 hrs), until it's boiling again. If it's finished earlier, it is more fluid, or it can be really creamy if you leave it on fire for longer time.
Thank you, Happy luminaire to you too ^^
Yeah, Poland is really close to us, we even have a saying like : Polish and Hungarian. two best friends :)
Thank you, and I'm glad you joined again. Merry-merry holidays for you!
Hi dear! It's so sad we haven't talked for a while :( But it's good to see you here :) It just always make me happy if we can talk :) The kids are fine, they are too clever, really. My dauther is a real lady, sometimes I'm shocked. Today she grabbed some cucumber, went to the sofa, lay down, she croees her legs, and started to eat slowly while gazing upwards. I'm sure she never-ever saw this from us. They are crazy-making... and and really lovely ones. At the same time :D How are you? What's happened with you? I know, nothing, and tons of things, but tell me about yourself! :)
I surely will do! Happy Holidays!
: I knowwww, it's been so long! I've been caught up with real life things so much that I've missed out on Subeta time this year. I even missed Morostide! (GASP!)
Aww, what a sweetheart your daughter sounds like. I'm glad your kids can balance their crazy with joy for you ;3
Gosh so much has happened. Back at the beginning of the year, just after my birthday, I made the first good decision I'd made in a long time, and moved out of my dad's place. I finally realized just how miserable I was there, and after talking with a counselor she helped me realize how manipulative and verbally abusive he had been to me. So sad, but the start of a lot of good, since realizing there's a problem is the first step! After that I became a studio assistant to an amazing local sculptor, went on a fantastic trip with my mom to help her figure out where she might like to live (since she was looking for a new house!), and I've been making something (big or small) every day, since realizing I needed to improve my bad situation!
It's really been a roller coaster of a year, but I look back to February and think how different I am today ^-^
Try it, it is awesome :D
I know what you feel. I missed almost every event and plot year. I was here for a few days on Morostide. but I missed more than half of Melody this year :(
Oh, whoa, that's a big change for sure. And almost the hardest is to realize and accept where we are, and we need a change. I'm so proud of you, and I really hope things will get better and better for you. No, that's not the good word, I'm SURE it will be better and better :)
I went back to work more than a year ago. In Hungary a mother can stay home with 2 years with a kid (and even one more, but then money is almost nothing for th third year.) My son was almost two, when my daugther was born, and after a few months, it was really hard with him. Not harder before my daugther born, it just... I jost got to the end of my nerves. I really though I will go made, or hurt myself or him, and I felt so damn terrible, because I just cold not control myself. I never thought I could ever be like this, especially not with my beloved son. My mom and my husband helped a lot, but it still was me with the kids in 24/7. And then an opportunity came, my boss wanted me back, he was promoted, and he wanted me back into his previous role (promotion and salary increase for me). My husband was so fed up with his work, that he wanted to quit. After TONS of discussions we decided to change roles. I go back to work, and he comes home to the kids. It's not always easy, but I can work from home 2 days a week, and overall it much better for our family. (Not even mentioning, that my salary is 3 times more than my husband's was). It was so hard to let the mindset got, that I'm the mother, I should be home with them, and for my husband, that he is the man, he has to earn the money for the family. More than a year passed. I'm before a promotion again (my boss too), my husband has a much deeper relationship with the kids, and both of us are much-much calmer than previously. Also, if we would lke to travel, go to a museum, a zoo, or just buy something we like, we can do it, without getting into financial troubles. But we really had to let go how "should" a family work, or what others think about our way of living.
If you still have one left, I would love a strange gift :)
Doing great, just super busy as always. I took a new job that gives me more time at home and to do things I want to do, but seems as if there is never time to just relax LOL
You got it :)
@ I think there is no such thing that "enough time" :D
I would love a strange gift, ! Thank you very much :)

I bet anyone would love to bury themselves into some fuzzy furry pet. So, what was the furriest animal you ever hugged?
You're welcome :)
hmmmm... I think I remember petting a horse that had it's winter coat... or maybe it was just a fluffy donkey, I don't remember it very clearly (I must have been very young). But what I do remember is that it was SO FLUFFY.

For a fuzzy furry pet I would second the horse with winter coat. They are just amazing. For second place I nominate the Kerry Blue Terrier (or Irish Blue Terrier). Oh those are amazing >w<
