I do try to do that but the nose never came on in the old system. I'll check to see if it works in the new system.
I know right?! lol XD giggles I just wanted my two cents to be thrown in the idea mix with hopes that there might be more cool feature ideas sprung from mine (which probably is not that creative lol).

I really really extremely want:Thank you for the information on the new wardrobe
In Memory Of Marreshaann
@Keith A few times now I've run into a bug where the five avatar layers are moving on their own. I've had the base layer move to the top twice, one I remember specifically I was moving a BG layer down when it happened, I've had the nose layer move on its own, and just now I loaded up the new wardrobe again to find that my mouth item had been moved downward, below the hair and eyes avatar layers.
Edit: I just realized that the rest of my layers got moved around too. The original order had been hair > top > bottom, but when I loaded up the new wardrobe again it'd been move around so it was bottom > top > hair.

Are we able to wear the HAs we make in the new wardrobe on the site? I hit "wear" and am not sure if it's the cache or if I missed something that says you can't wear these outfits on site yet.
After you click "wear", have you changed your preferences, as Keith instructed? A lot of people seem to be missing this step!
Nope, and it very clearly says to do that! I'm an idiot. Thank you!
i have converted and can assure you it doesn't touch your past outfits, you can still go to V3 and see / use them even if you've made the jump!! thank gawwwd because i have hundreds too!! they didn't transfer over yet but that's just about it, rest remains working and untouched (and dare i say, they loaded hella faaaast, too!)
Did it and everything seems to be working fine for me! :>
Using Chrome (55.0.2883.75 m 64-bit); Incognito with only uBlock enabled for extensions (but it's disabled on subeta.net anyway) Plugins (Flash, Java, etc) are allowed on subeta.net Preferences set to use new avatar
Outfit Saving: Conversion does not save the custom hair streaks from Wardrobe v3, FYI (not sure if necessary) [I had another issue that was fixed in the time it took me to test]
Base: Updating base (just tested the eyes) worked just fine, changes saved to outfits without trouble
Hair: Have a custom color on from V3; again, no streaks transferred in conversion but whatever Dropdown defaulted to the hair I was wearing, but with no salon-color options Switched between hairs and got options for colors, even for hair I'm using now. Lowlights and highlights work again I could die! Pasting hex works just fine (did not in Chrome for v3) from main screen Pasting hex, writing in hex, writing in RGB, pasting in RGB, and using the color picker and palette works fine! (also broken for me in v3 for Chrome, slightly wonky in v3 for Firefox) Alpha slider will move but bounce back to 100 -- or if you write or paste in a number, it reverts back to 100 as well (assuming you are using a color picker that came with alpha slider and have set it to do this? it's fine, just noting the function) Works beautifully to switch between hairs in the dropdown with custom colors set; even if a hair has less streaks than the last one, if you switch back it remembers your choices. "Ra" and "Enchanter" hair highlights don't work (they're the two I have that are gradient ones, rather than solid streaks), but Material (soft streaks) does.
[I had another issue that was fixed in the time it took me to test]
At this point I'm SURE it's been mentioned, but streaks aren't transferring to the final avatar. They just don't show on the outfits thumbnail or when worn (clicking Wear from outfits does load the highlights on my avatar preview, though). Without streaks/highlights I am lost! /melodramatic
Skins: Switching skins works just fine, saving outfit with skin worked, wearing outfit with skin set works, displays as expected. Removing skin works just fine as well.
Actually Dressing my avatar: 'Direction' is an unconventional label for 'Sort by' or 'Order' I am briefly pouting about my drawers not loading but actually I'm just still just missing the drag and drop drawer sorting from v2 100 per page is perfect for my monitor resolution; no scrolling. Don't know if you fixed it but I'm not having the div size change problem other people reported when selecting items. Wardrobe sorting is not sticky; switching from Outfits to Items reset my view to default. Not sure how I feel about Newest first as the default, especially if it won't remember my selections later. I did not run into any other issues; I frequently have to save and reload in v3 because moving things around caused weird duplicate entries, etc, so at least for me that functionality was improved.

I am having the same issue as others with moving layers, and having them move on their own.
Also, "clear all items" worked once for me, but not the second (and third) time I tried it. This was after putting on a saved outfit.
Great overall though!
Yep -- what she said, but my tone of voice was even nicer!
Also the bit I posted about my profile page, etc... was occurring after I had checked the box in prefs to enable the new wardrobe avi to be used. I even double checked to make sure ~ because this is ME we're talking about ;) ~ and it is still set to enable. So just a heads up about a few minor bugs. NBD
Thinks to self... I could dress up like another user in the OLD wardrobe and then the headshot would confuse all my friends who, at a glance, would mistake me for someone else... This could be FUN!
Again, is the display/set up going to be cleaned up? It's all so busy and cramped. I wish the preview would be back on the right of the HA again, and the item list of what we're wearing is...very large, I think? I'm not sure what it is, but it's all just, a whole lot of...everything.
Seems to be working right over here, so great jobs guys! The wardrobe is one of my secret loves, it's where probably 80% of my lifetime Sp has gone, so it's nice to have it worked on and and made better! :)

The only thing I miss is to save an outfit that I don't own. Sometimes we dress the HA using any clothes from Subeta and can save it in the old wardrobe but not the new.
Likes x100 ;) Was I not so nice? lol I usually withhold b/c I'm a skeptic (and know from a broader angle how things work). :P
Umm, I'll admit I was too lazy (and having a few) to go back and look but if you're talking about why the headshot or "clothes you're wearing" isn't showing up on your profile, then it's b/c this new version of the wardrobe is in like a "sandbox". If you notice the URL, it says "dev.blah.blah" and that means its not fully merged w/ the rest of the site. Hence the "conversion" process. I know my layman's terms leave much to be desired but essentially, the "sandbox" is where developers get to play around w/ stuff and test it and it not have a direct effect on the rest of the production (the actual site).
Hope this helps.. some... or that can describe it better, if he has time. (Meh.. just work on the wardrobe and explain it all later. :P )
**sidenote Gorgeous HA, btw

lol Thanks for the compliment! I could not do this avi in the old wardrobe because of the layering restrictions & the upper limit on how many you could buy. The removal of limits per layer is my absolute new favorite thing about the new wardrobe and why I may bodily harm anyone who lobbies for the old version back. ;) lol (As though anyone could possibly prefer any previous version to this one!)
Yes, you were actually very, very, VERY nice about how you said things. I just wanted K to know that I'm even nicer! XP
What you say does make sense -- even to a complete klutz like me! Then again, I like to play in sandboxes so I may have a bit of an edge in understanding your developer jargon. :D
Loving your avi, too -- btw. Wish I could ❤ it, but I will have to settle for liking the post instead...
My HA is wearing a wig and ruby shard earrings. Although I'm dragging the earrings to the top layer, they only stay over the hair until I move my mouse a little and then they're back behind the hair on the one side.

When it comes to the layer limit, I understand that there might be a problem with larger numbers but I still hope that it won't prevent you from putting them on within the wardrobe itself -- I sometimes have like 15 backdrops on while switching them around to see what fits best. (Also I sound like a jerk, but having the default set up of items be 'added to wardrobe' and descending was really convenient - is it possible for that to be made into individual settings?) The item layers switch around any time I move items quickly, so I've been dragging them much slower than I normally would. Does it change on other browsers, or is it only a safari thing?
That is happening to everyone... It isn't just a Safari thing.
I dk what you mean by individual settings -- you mean like sort by time for one layer and by name for another?
