She's from an old european wizarding family which is why she didn't have to go to Ilvermorney and is instead at Hogwarts. This is good enough to get her a seat at the Slythering dining table even though they are looking down their noses at her for failing the spell.

The fiery look of your avatar makes me think, Gryffindor. But it's ALMOST Hufflepuff because it's so eccentric and different looking.

doesn't get let into Hogwarts at all as they don't educate Centaurs or Werewolves if they can at all help it. If Wizarding Britain got coerced into it via political pressure from most ancient and august houses and international pressure, TBH they'd still attempt to foist them off to Ilvermorney after the Sorting Hat fell off their ears and wandered around the Great Hall dizzily without making any house choice.
