I basically already run the place, just without the title and pay. I'm basically the only who cares about what happens in the area. It's very frustrating. I yell at my boss all the time about the order, she refuses to listen to me. Not much I can do that about that. Even if I asked for her to let me do it she wouldn't let me.

Is there nothing you can do to get yourself the title and the pay you deserve?

Sadly, with Target, no. If she doesn't move up or leave the position there is not spot for me lol And she's been working there for 23 years, so I don't see that happening XD She's only been the manager over Starbucks for 2 years. BUT SHE STILL ISN'T GETTING IT! And I've been working over there for over 5 years. So I know what needs to be done and ordered. But oh well! I just rant to Rusty about it when I get home from work XD

Any chance you can just stop getting what needs to be gotten and then she'll be to blame when everything falls apart? :D

That actually happened recently. We ran out of ingredients for about 50% of our drinks. One of the baristas complained to a higher up store manager. He was not pleased. But they always take the sides of the other managers over us team members.

Great to hear that it was not that awful, too bad the reception was 😢 I am not really into big parties, but I can understand that this is not something you would expect a lot these days! And probably even frustrating if you want to go to some kind of wedding you like to have yourself, I feel sorry for you! 💔 Did you wore your pretty dress or was that unnecessary now that the party was not that big?:( I have been to these music-less kind of weddings, probably still very different from the one you had. I have a wedding of my cousin somewhere in February/March this year, but that is more like some kind of meeting or however one can describe it XD My mom and dad will not be together either that day, there will be no music, no first dance or flower throwing. She probably will not even wear a white dress nor will they exchange rings. It will not be a good idea for me to wear make up or nice clothes, as she really would love to have a sober wedding.

And you, just do it your way and have your flower girl doing the thing you like her to do 😊 It will be your party!

Meh ;-; to go to Rotterdam on New Year's Eve is not just expensive, but I think also quite difficult :P Have you been there yourself? I was staying awake to see the fireworks, so I was looking out the window at 12 AM and all I saw was fog, I could not see a think within a distance of 2 meters. I could not see one flash from the fireworks outside, I only heard the noise ;O;

Yes I have seen it once. Ooh I was so happy the fog cleared here on the 31st so we got a good view of all the fireworks :)

Oh wow really? She doesn't want to have a wedding ceremony or reception? :O Is it like, go to the court house kind of thing? A lot of people here these days just go to the court house to get married and don't have ceremonies or receptions. That's what I wanted to do, but my mom really wanted to me to have a nice, real, wedding.
