I started training with Amazon today and I'm on the fence about how I feel. It's only day one so I'll reserve my judgment for now lol

Oh, so you've had the experiences I had with contests? What you said is true, but I strive so hard in these contests because they offer CSC as prizes. And right now, I can't get CSC except from the Bathhouse (which I am SO grateful for) or from user shops (which is expensive). It doesn't help that I'm a big fan of Angelic Pets either....

It was! But there was like a million people there. Tomorrow is a holiday so we're going to meet up again and go for brunch. Just got home from a BBQ with old family friends. Met the 1 year old son of one of them!

I know, right. Everyone seems to have a baby right now or is pregnant. And I'm just chilling at home with my cat. LOL xD I play a lot of sports so that's how I make friends C: Nathan and I have decided to join a new softball team this year to make some new friends.

Not quite, no. But the rest was really just to add to my wearables number.. so I did well! Got all the collectibles, etc. How about you?

- I never tried, but I've observed them. I wanted to enter one before, but I saw how impossible it was to keep up, even from the beginning. So, I determined that some people are on constantly and that's why they can give huge amounts of kisses/flowers/etc.

I love the contests that are raffles that have a low entry "fee" or are a "pick your own prize tier" sort of thing. I did a few of those.

It's really difficult to make real life friends. The ones I have were from me going to college for my Associate's. I'm still in college, but I'm fully online right now. I might go back to campus in the fall because I kind of miss going to campus.

As for outside of college, maybe meetup.com? I haven't tried meeting anyone outside of looking for roommates though.

- Cats are infinitely better than babies. :P But yeah, it feels like everyone my age is getting married/pregnant/has kids. While I'll get married eventually, no babies for me. My fiance and I might adopt an older kid, but that'll be when we have stable income in a stable house... so at least 10 years. XD

I'd like to have a child at some point, but I'm not even engaged yet so that's a while away ;) What are you up to today?

- I have to take my fiance to a doctor's appointment and then I'll be with him for a while. This evening, I'll either come back to Subeta or play games.

OH. :( I usually avoid contests myself unless they have CSC or potions as prizes. An exception might be HA contests, I tend to do well with those. But I'm always sad when I lose a CSC contest because I could have used the CSC for angel potions or pet slots. Those two things are one of my main goals on this site. I'm not too interested in plushies, stickers, or beanbags. I tried battling, but training multiple pets is tiring (I rarely autotrain cause CSC). I only read books in order to use scrolls for battling.

Your cat is your bby =3= Gah sports. This is probably a very good way to make friends! I hope you mesh well with the team you're joining :3 Ok I know jack about sports o-e BUT I do hope you have fun and kick the other team's booty :P How's today going?

Writing it down is a good idea! I think it was partially first day craziness and bugs, but it just seemed somewhat unorganized and chaotic. People said it gets easier as the week goes on but we'll see! And thank you :) I actually have another interview tomorrow so fingers crossed for that. It's at a library in a museum!!

Hey! How is everyone? Today is my first day off after working 6 full days haha.

Are you just relaxing? You deserve a day off! Many days off haha. I started at Amazon yesterday, and yesterday was crazy. Today has been better. It's sort of strange to work from home because it's self directed and independent so I'm definitely doing a lot of training stuff but it doesn't feel like I'm at work.

Oh that's good you got to start! Have you got to take calls yet, or are you still doing the online training?

We do training for almost two weeks before we take any calls. There's a lot of policies and things to learn about!

- I've been mainly focused on my avatar. But, I've been meaning to get to my pets for a long time. After reorganizing my pets, I think I'm finally happy with them. I have some ideas already.

Battling isn't very interesting to me. I only battle during events. As for collectables, I collect as I go (mainly quest prizes). I don't actively fill my collection.

- Yay for figuring some stuff out! I hope things continue to get better~

- It does take some adjusting to get used to working from home. It's like me when I had to get used to being a full time online student. It's weird and can be difficult to keep up with everything, but then you get used to it.
