Hahah. I was picky for a time.. and in comparison to Nathan I'm definitely picky. But we've managed to find lots of meals that we both can enjoy!
OH. MY. GOD. Have you ever watched Wentworth?! I just watched the last episode on Netflix and now I'm SO MAD that there's no more!
It's about a women's prison in Australia. It's NUTS.
I'll go look it up now! :3
I'm not a big fan of broth-y soups, but I really like heartier soups. Sometimes I add extra rice to soups that have a lot of broth and like them better, though. Heh. Yeah, those threads are fun! I do tend to do them here and there when I have extra funds. I dig you avatar! It's very Rosie the Riveter.
Thank you! That's what I was going for ^_^ I forgot I wanted to make it until I went to my wardrobe and saw the bandanna. I'm trying this website where you enter in every time of food/beverage/spice/etc. you have at home, and it tells you things you can make based on what you already have.
Bandannas are super cute, but I still haven't made a HA with one. Oh! That's really cool & probably helps with planning a lot. I feel like having a bunch of random ingredients leftover ends up like an episode of Chopped...
They're adorable! But I usually don't know how to work with them. And I've never tried it real life. The website is alright, but not super accurate. Like it asks if you have bread, and if you do it assumes you have all types of bread. Like no, I can't make subs with my cheap loaf of bread lol. Duuuude cooking shows are so good! Josh and I have been watching a lot of Kitchen Nightmares. Before that we were watching Master Chef and & Master Chef Junior, and Man vs. Food.
My head is often too big IRL to wear bandannas haha. Like, the cheap ones in stores intended for ladies to wear in their hair/around their heads are often too small. <_< Ohhh. Haha, yeah, that seems like a weird flaw in the design! I did used to get subs from this one place where the bread was just basically giant slices of bread lol. They were like the size of a notebook. Yeah, cooking shows are the best! I used to watch Master Chef Junior -- kids cooking are extra cute. Did you watch the Great British Bake Off? It's interesting because it has such a different vibe than American cooking shows, I think.
You made some cards? :o Ah nice!
It was good :D Nice dinner party on saturday and then museum trip on sunday :D
Niceeeeeeeee! It's really good to try and widen your repertoire of cooking! Thanks :D Yeah, there are SO MANY COLOURS. THere are at least 3 others that I really want LOL.
I don't really watch the bake off on my own, not really my thing, but I usually watch the finale with friends XD This year we made it into pizza night. It was good fun!
I find bandanas hard to use on here because they always sit awkwardly on mot hairs.
That sounds fun, though! :3 My friend watch it, basically live texted it without giving away who won and stuff, and then I watched it because I had to know hehe. Yeah, they do sometimes! I think you have to style your hair dependent on the bandanna?
Oh! I forgot we totally already talked about this before. Hahaha I thought the name sounded familiar.
I feel like I've missed some seriously great CW over the past few months. Most of my wl is wigs, so I think I need to switch it up a bit.
Yessss kids cooking is like the cutest thing, especially when they're cooking with ingredients I've never even heard of lol. I don't think I've heard of The Great British Bake Off. Do you know if it's on Netflix or Hulu? Also, bandannas never fit my head, either! I always thought maybe I have a big head. But maybe not xD
Aha, nice! Do you watch any TV shows regularly? Yeah, that seems to be the way to do it. But then it's like me when I'm like: okay I'm going to use this wig, make an entire outfit with the wig, then change the wig because I think another one suits the outfit better XD
Ah, there will always be more CWs. Seriously. There are trends in CWs. Another new great one comes out and people are like: ehhhhhhh, this older one isn't actually as amazing as it was when I first got it. And trying to resell CWs is a PAIN.
OMG YES. I have some I've been trying to sell, and I've sold like 4 of 14. But I SLOTTED FOR THE FIRST TIME YESTERDAY!! :D Did you see Ale's wigs she was doing the slot raffle for? I got chosen for the grey one I wanted. ^_^
Oh yay!!! Congrats :D
I didn't try for those because I want to keep my CSC for the ravenclaw pie strands whenever she releases those.
Oooo I didn't know about those, that's awesome! I really liked the black to grey fade, so I'm excited to use it. And 44 people signed up for the grey one in just 24 hours, so I feel like I might be able to sell it later if I get tired of using it or have trouble with it.
Thanks! I actually threw this together because it had been a month or two since I changed my HA xD
No venting necessary! I actually love my job! I just have a lot less free time than I did before so that has taken some adjusting to.
Yes I love it! I basically talk to people all day but I love any excuse to talk about nutrition :D
I try to watch the kids episodes of Chopped and they always sound so smart, too. They know more about cooking than me, hahaha. I watched it on Netflix!
Not really? I'm catching up on Game of Thrones, currently. I'm on season 3. I'd rather wait until I could watch a full season straight through of a show than watch it as it airs. Haha, I do that ALL. THE. TIME. I'm about to go make an avatar based on a new wig, and hopefully I don't end up being like "Eh, but this one works better..." Haha.
I always try to use that hair but can never figure out how I want to use it.
I'm glad you're liking it! I remember you saying how excited you were to start it.
Oh good, I'll look it up! I'm always looking for new shows to watch. ALWAYS. lol I have too much free time, and I a champ binge watcher.
