I'm officially jealous! I love saunas and it's been a long cold winter here! My gym doesn't have a sauna or a hot tub. :-( But it is super cheap, so... :-P

Did you work out? I've been so slack. I hate to even walk my dogs much lately. Hubby always walks the big one so I don't feel quite as guilty.

What kind of workout did you do? I used to body build...on and off most of my life...now I mostly only do 30 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical. Maybe a few different ab things. Just in a lazy rut. I think I saw it. Was either on FB or was it instagram? I opened the ap for 1 second last night. Lol Yesterday there were quite a few food pics of Irish food on FB.

Same here!!!! I am up way too late right now thanks to some nap I tool earlier!! This is why I hate day time naps xD I already sturggle with sleeping as it is!
