oh I had no choice. One mistake was making the button hole--it was only my third time and I did it wrong so it make a black line in teeny stitches all down the flap -sighs- and many more, but we got there in the end. I hope you can tell :D who he is. oh lol okay :D sounds like you are mostly sorted then.
I've got a bag with a mis-sewn half buttonhole on the flap too - I didn't have the patience to try and unpick all those minute stitches 😊 You could always just do several other stripes of black stitches down either side of that one, and turn it into a design feature 😇 That grin is perfect for Sorn - he really looks like he's enjoying himself! :D hmmmmm the March Hare maybe? ;) Well, as sorted as possible when I've left it open for Mum to add in something else laughs As long as she doesn't pick the most challenging pattern in the book, it should be ok :P

awesome -high fives you- I managed to get mine out by cheating. Open the flap and cut the thread from the inside--you can pull it more there and see it--not ruin the fabric.
THank you I used two grins to get the look lol. YEP march hare. lol then inevitably she will pick the hardest one.
I didn't have the patience to unpick the flap stitches, so I just left it as a half-sewn buttonhole "feature" :P I wouldn't have known that was two grins layered! They work brilliantly :D :D laughs I have a feeling she'll pick something really complex ;) .... although I'm not sure there's anything more fiddly than the frog's toes / fingers (eventually I found a fabric that didn't fray much, so I could turn them out properly!) :P

bawhahaha :D nice I love your ha btw :D the griff looks wonderful with the bg Aww thanks :D lol. I'm sure she will. Good luck with those :D
well, the pouch was only for storing my gloves in, so nobody else was going to see it :P Thanks :D I got the griff this morning, so I had to use it ;) I couldn't find a falling leaves non-cut-out background though :K hehe it's guaranteed - I mean that's what Mums do, isn't it? :P

Thanks, me too. =) Ooo, you are taking a trip? Where are you headed, if you don't mind my asking? :D Aww, poor River. =( I hope the ringtail made her feel a bit better. o: Bwahaha, what kind of pet did you force on Sorn? He looks good today, by the way, very creepy. xD You are doing a great job with the Alice in Wonderland HAs. ;) Hehe thank you, I thought River would like that outfit. RP-Keet wanted to try out the rainbow head flower. :D Only 8% with power! D= I have heard that it could take months for everyone there to get it back... It's terrible, I hope things improve for them soon. I am really upset with how poorly hurricane aid has been handled for PR compared to the mainland. >.< They are, after all, a US territory. That's true, pockets are probably the type of things that are easier to make with practice. :D
It seems like they are, because his appointment went well. :D Oh thank you! I think RP-Keet had on the . =) You have been doing a great job so far with the Autumnal HAs, I really love the one you made today with the gryphon. :D I was actually planning on making one with him for tomorrow, since I have a few new Autumnal themed items. ;) Leaving the creepy ones until closer to Morostide is probably a good idea, they will be more festive. :D I am hoping to get some HA skins from the zapper this year, I really want that bird one. xD I believe it, they look really tedious! You did a marvelous job though, I don't think I would have had the patience for that. xD
takes a step back from the menacing crow on your shoulder That's a great outfit! :D Thanks :D I don't normally do creepy outfits, so I think a week of those at the end of the month would be enough for me laughs ;) I'd almost forgotten about the HA zapper! 😊 I'm after the cat one, as I think that'd be neat just to confuse people who're used to me using the wolf skin 😇 Thanks :D Thankfully it needed less patience than knitting does .... marginally less anyway ;) hehe

Hehe, thanks! The crow was the closest I could find to represent Rain's pet augurey (maybe I'll have to make a CW augurey ;) ). I also thought that it would make the HA more seasonal. xD Yeah, same here, I am not sure if I could pull off creepy outfits at all, really. xD I think you would be good at making creepy HAs, though. o: I have never actually tried it, I just heard that it's how you get some of the skins. xD For some reason I am usually on hiatus during Morostide and I miss it. =( Haha, that would be funny and I'm sure it would confuse people! I got a pair of CW wings that I think will match the bird skin really well, so I am going to keep my fingers crossed that I will get it. ;) Knitting definitely requires lots of patience! I have tried knitting before, but I'm not great at it. xD Anything that involves counting stitches... well, let's just say I usually lose my place. laughs
it works really well (and crows can be pretty evil anyway :P) ;) Yeah, you pay 50 wiz tokens (I think) and get to zap your HA ;) you get a guaranteed HA zapper skin, although there's always the chance you'll zap one you already had (hence how I still don't have the cat one :P) That'd be awesome with the wings to go with it! :D
laughs that's one main reason why I prefer sewing.... that and the fact that sewing it faster, as you already have the fabric you just need to shape it, whereas with knitting you have to make the 'fabric' and shape it at the same time ;)

It was a great trip! We had bad weather on the way to Kiel, so Mon got motion sickness poor thing. but other than that it was a big success! :) the boat was awesome! :O tons of stores, pool, spa, show and other stuff to do. Plus, we got upgraded to a five star cabin, no extra charge, so we had quite a luxurious one. :D
Loong nap when we got home today and then we headed to town for something to eat and look around for a bit. lol
read above for update on the trip. :) Loving both Nessie and the Kraken! :D :D :D Its always fun to see what you gals make. :)

Thanks! I love crows, they are so incredibly clever. I watched a documentary about bird intelligence, and crows are just amazing! In the documentary, these wild, untrained crows figured out puzzles that they had never seen before, on the first try! Some crows can even learn to speak like parrots, they are so fascinating. Ooo nice, I will have to save up my wiz tokens then, thank you for letting me know how it works. :D Does it just run through Morostide, then? I have bad luck, so I bet I will zap a bunch of doubles. xD Is there a limit on how many times per day you can use it? I hope you get the cat one this year. :D I hope so, I am sort of looking forward to making bird people. xD Yes, that's so true. Knitting is typically more tedious than sewing, unless you are doing a very complicated sewing project, I suppose. Shaping the knitting can be tricky! I remember knitting a scarf that somehow ended up being wonky, and I never could fix it. xD
okay yeah then it won't matter much :) you used it very well XD mhm very much a mum thing to do. haha.
yep, going to Canada. Very excited. I've started doing some packing but have mostly been running around trying desperately to get everything ready lol. it did, :) A sprite (fairy) that can talk can shift into a bunny lmao. aww why thank you :D he was my favourite one to create :D lol she did and wants me to buy her more rainbow things lol. Yeah I know :( It sucks so much and she's climbing the walls. Me too, i hope it gets sorted sooner rather than later :/
ooh sounds awesome/amazing. I'd love to take a cruise one day :D
awww at the bad weather, but the rest sounds like a great trip! Especially with the upgrade to 5 star! :D
I've seen a similar documentary - I couldn't quite believe what those wild crows would actually figure out! nods last year I think it ran for all of Morostide, and there's a time limit between zaps.... can't remember how long it was though (think it was longer than the pet zap timer) 😊 hehe wonky scarves could set a whole new trend! ;) I knitted some granny squares as my first projects.... they were more like granny hexagons, as I ended up gaining stitches half way through o.O
whoa, that's an incredible outfit today! The perfect harvest moon werewolf :D hehe it's weird how most Mums tend to think alike :P

hehe thanks :D I couldn't resist the harvest moon and werewolf lol. I think its in the mum manual ;) I love the orange look today :D
it worked perfectly! :D And speaking of perfect, that's a fantastic ghostly crystal ball look you've got today! :D Thanks :D I had to use those falling leaves at least once this month laughs

aww thanks :D I couldn't resist Sorn ghosty XD Loving the witch. I have River saved for tonight as a witch. I will make another ha as well so Monday and Tuesday will be ready as I have a feeling I might be too knackard to care haha. You used them well XD
RP-Paddy doesn't really understand Muggle witch costumes :P But she insisted on being a Muggle witch today ;) Sorn does look really striking like that! :D
