our weather has been cold evenings warm days and its just got our fibromyalgia pain level all messed up. Me and my two roomys have it and this is a bad week for pain.
On a happier note, due to us all hiding in our rooms for three days gave me time to come in and catch up. My roomys are my family now and keeps me busy in a good way. Been getting lots of support subeta wise since i been back and it feels great.

Opens a case of Elderberry Brandy. If that is consumed, there are also several cases of Gooseberry Brandy...I use it as the alcohol base for some of the herbal medicines I use in my practice. Mostly because it hides the bitter taste of some of the herbs we use...gooseberry brandy is quite sweet.
