No judgement, Ma Cherre, on a weekday you take advantage of shortcuts, though I have a thing for Stouffer's Harvest Apples especially over French Vanilla ice cream. With hot cereal I tend to go simple, honey with a few berries or brown sugar or if its grits butter and salt I'm not really a big breakfast eater during the week usually coffee and a biscotti and a pack or two of instant oatmeal at work otherwise I eat like a starving wolf at lunch

Yeah, they tend to get easier as time goes on (never back to how it was when you had them, but less painful at least) ❤️

It isn't helping that my one best friend of 8 years moved away. So the one person I trusted locally above all others is not here. So in last 2 years it seems everything is going away. It's safer to stay home and not deal with anyone or thing. If it wasn't for the fact cats and dog already here I wouldn't even have them around me right now. Going to work is tougher everyday.

It's also funny normal days I think of mom and memories of her, but holidays are dad memories. Easter was a dual one tho. Dad and I would dye eggs laughing BC and having fun. Then Easter morning mom would hide a basket for me. Up until I moved out in my 20s. I always looked forward to it.

I'm doing good, it's nice to be able to help out with my parents and eric will be here this evening for the weekend.

My body does its own thing too and a lot of months it decides to put crimson wave off past the day it's supposed to start. it's rather annoying.

Having the friend move away definitely doesn't help. If you didn't have the cats and dogs to care for, I'd probably suggest you move somewhere closer to other friends, but I know moving them is rough.

I'm glad work forces you to leave your house though, it's not good to hole up inside, even if it's easier =/ I struggle with forcing myself to go do things when I don't want to so that I don't end up not being able to leave, and I'm sure it's way harder for you, so it's good that at least something is getting you outside.

I know the memories hurt right now, but it's good you have them. They're the things that are most important, all the good times you had with them, all the ways you could see how much they loved you.
