Miss you heaps as well. Weather is glorious and veggies are growing like mad. Any ideas on how to use up strawberries besides with cream, ice cream. Made into ice cream or mousse?

Sorry all. Should have been more specific. Wanting cold dessert ideas. And being completely lazy a basic sort of recipe. No bases or any thing. Just put in things into a blender and then fridge is more more style.

Sydney I use Stevia as sugar and it tastes fine in everything I have tried. No need ti use the same amount tho.

- I put my thinking cap on for easy cool desserts...I'll let you know if I come up with something :)...okay just thought of something. 8 oz cream cheese and a jar of marshmallow cream...mix together and dip pieces of fruit...yummy. I'll keep my thinking cap on :)

You can make a quick homemade strawberry spread by whipping a block of cream cheese and cut up strawberries together. Mix in sugar to taste. You can also mix in cream until it becomes a more the consistency of a dip. It's good on bagels, cookies, other fruit, even just eaten by itself. I originally used it as a cake filling.

The cats are gorgeous! I wish I could have some in doors. :/
