Fun story about real life snowballs: when I was in university I lived in a city where you'd often get rain that was actually snow that had melted by about the height of the 3rd floor of my apartment building. Some buddies of mine lived up on the 7th and would put out a window box in the winter to catch the snow, which they would sometimes use to build little snowmen on their window sill but would mostly use to make snowballs. Then they would sit in the window with binoculars, identifying people they knew who were walking by bellow, and chucking snowballs at friends and acquaintances (and occasionally professors) who just thought it was raining.

Good Morning!! So... I have some free time the past few days, been working on emptying old shops (painstaking task) hoping to find New Year Tokens... but gee they are few and far between. Off to try and quest for some. ps. I also need to work on thank you's!!!! Sorry for the delay

I used a timer when the free shop was open but every 30 seconds would be too much for me!

If you happen to be questing for new years tokens, a two-item quest usually takes around 30 seconds. I've just been keeping the emporium open in another tab and I pop over there and buy a snowball after each quest I complete.

- That is a brilliant strategy to buy snowballs! I will have to try that today! When the Free Shop was open, I was buying a scratchcard, setting that alert, then buying something from the Free Shop and buying a snowball. Not every 30 seconds, but at least more often than not at all! LOL

- giggles at your "antlephore in a carriage lamp stare" reference I don't work well with strange wearables, so I got rid of them. I'm trying to get better, but there are some that are just way too out there. Like this: I don't know how I would ever use that.

- Oooh, we watched the first new episode of "Sherlock" the other night! I was telling too.... So many things happening! I didn't know where it was going.

Just goes to show you all how on the ball I have been lately...I was scanning through my Events list and wondering why I've stopped getting LairBear Corner Booth notices....duh!

I'm feeling better, this 'cold' was a doozy this time around and hit all of us here in the foothills pretty hard. The silver lining is that we all got some rest this holiday. Back to work on Monday.
