Hiya, bears. How's everyone?

I've pulled an abdominal muscle somehow so it's a good thing I took on a new project at work because I'm not supposed to be doing a lot of heavy lifting and my project is pretty low-impact. On a brighter note, I finally got the go-ahead from the cardiologist. He says my heart is in good enough condition for me to start the treatments my other doctors want to try for various other issues so I'm pretty pleased about that.

I'm sorry about the muscle but the rest of it is good news. Congrats!

Thanks! The muscle will heal eventually. Mostly it's just aggravating right now. I have tomorrow off to really give it some rest but I can't really take time off work. The rest is really good news, though! I'm super excited to be able to move ahead with other treatments and hopefully get more of my life back.

Finally I can wear my actual RL hair color of silver, this wig color was done for my bday by a friend.

I must have sound confusing, the wig on my HA was done in that color by a friend for me. I want this color because in RL my hair is naturally silver, I always thought it was gray. But was told its silver. Congrats that is not an easy feat! Its my HA's go to comfy outfit. How are the results on your paper?
