This group is amazing for its love, help, acceptance and support. It is like a friend who you do not have much contact with but when you connect, it is like you have never been apart. When I had my fall there was so much support here for me, so many members helped me out with events and got me items I never knew existed. But a couple of members even went a bit further. crocheted a couple of hats for me to keep my head warm after my hair had all been shaved off and to hide the ugly scar from having 1/2 my skull removed. I still wear them. I have no idea how she knew what had happened in RL or got my address ... I do remember that people were worried they had not seen me online ... I just assume somehow Gazz was checking my computer and made contact. Another wonderful member also got my RL address and made contact with me. At a low these people and the group as a whole gave me a positive outlook.

These people to not intrude or interfere. They are there either in the foreground or background ... whatever you choose. BUT they are always there for you.

. Thank you. Its amazing all the way round. I am so happy they were there for you. How wonderful to have that kind of support from people you have never met in person. Its like God placed them on certain paths. Earth Angels.

....chookie...we worried so much about you...I got goosebumps reading your post, brought it all back. I didn't know about the hats from the Fabulous One but not surprised - she is wonderful and so are you ❤ - great folks here...I've been off and on lately and trying to get back a little more. If I'm away a little bit it feels good to come back because the warm hearts are here and new people too. Just reading Chook's post makes me want to be back here more ❤

I am happy your recovering well. Remember it takes time to recover, so dont rush it. I felt the love, too. I have 2 surgeries since March. I had surgery on my right hand and right foot both corrective surgeries. But being able to chat here in the lair, kept me from going crazy. I spent a lot of recovery time sitting. I dont do well, not being able to get up and do things. Suddenly sitting down, and having to depend on family for so much was hard. I am used to being active, and doing things. I felt like a plant sitting waiting to be watered. HUGS glad to have you let us know how your doing!
