The a.c. is out at dmystry's I am not sleeping well. My eyes look like I broke my nose. Ack. I think Loki in his fur might have it worse though. Supposedly the landlord will fix it soon.

YAY for AC! What is a bulletjournal and how do you dye with ink? Sponge or brush it on?

for info about bulletjournal try google, i can't explain it good. I dyed some paper with ecoline/inkt. Turned out nice. Just put some inkt on a papier then some water drops and turn around until you get a nice dye/form.

I think I've caught a summer cold. Guess from being in extreme heat and then back to cool from the ac . Not sure, but I do feel clogged up. ugh. hope it's just allergies. I can deal with that better.

hello, loves. i was planning on being gone in treatment much longer, but.. well, i was in a manic episode and ran away from the bus while we were on an outing 45mins from the house. had my mom drive 5 hours to come get me in downtown stranger-ville. i was so convinced i could do this on my own, angry about some changes being made, and i just couldn't take it. i ran away.

so i'm home now and i have only myself to hold accountable for my recovery. i'm so ashamed and i feel like a horrible fool. i let my girls there down - we were in this together, we all promised. and now i can't take back that mistake, made out of a nonexistent impulse control.

Last 3 days at work no fun, not a good week so far. Loosing clients, clients are getting very sick and need more help and clients that are at the end of there time but are still here. Been hard...

I'll be moving into my new house as soon as internet is up. Hopefully the AC is the office will be fixed soon. I'd say I'd wait for that but I want to move out of this hell hole I'm currently living in.

Hugs Can't you just go back? Talk to your therapist. Tell her/him what upset you and ask what can be done to change it. Then decide what to do. But whatever happens, you are NOT a failure. I was reading this Top 10 Tips for Recovery and maybe you can look through it. What was said made a lot of sense to me, and I thought it might to you. But I am not a dr so don't take it that way. See if there is anything you think might help you and use it. :)

Rained all day yesterday and I loved it. :)
Also took oldest grandson out for a birthday supper, his choice was Pizza hut lol, and then gave him his birthday gift. He turns a big 13 on the 18th of the month. Had to do this early because of him going to camp.

Went to a concert on Wednesday and then rested up. Bare naked ladies, kt tunstall, and better then Ezra. Rained on us during tunstall then the sun came out. The whole thing was fun.

Well this week started bad (2 clients passed away) and ended bad as we lost another client this morning...

Pfff...i have been home late (clients need more care and all the paper work is taking time) each day I worked so far and losing people to... Not liking my job at the moment..
