To help with the baking, I buy the when it's cheap in the shops - this always gives enough items to make the first cookies or pudding and some spares for other recipes.
The 'burning' is random, but if you have a higher level and make lower level stuff it is more likely to work. And it still increases the baking skill level.
That's my tip. It's slow going, but much less wasted ingredients!

That shows just how rare it is if it never turns up in the shops. Be needing a therapy group for stressful achievements at this rate...

I am all for minimising cleaning - that's not to say things shouldn't be clean, but no one needs to make more work for themselves!

True, there is a lot of wobbly furniture out there! And if it's home made, you can be sure it will fit perfectly into whatever space you need for it.

I am sure the yarns will have found a good home. When possible, I check out the locak charity/thrift shops as we sometimes get yarn hauls there too. And the odd ball is useful for Barbie clothing for the doll collection. No shame in multi trees, we are up to 3 - one main and two mini!

Eek, hang on to your wipes right the way until the Break! No one wants to take germs home with them just before the holidays. Hopefully you will get a decent rest.

With the antiques centre opening and stuff being released in the crystal shop, the old collection achievements are a lot more realistic for people these days, which is great. The zombie/zapper skins would be something I'd love to get a full set of. Hope they can do something about the zapper repeats this year, too.

After we see what is going on for the Masq, maybe we need to start up a suggestions thread and do some research into 'characters/places/events we'd like to know more about'!

I haven't played any games on my NES for quite a while, mainly because I have too many gaming systems. The older tv's did work better to smack if they were working wonky. I think I saw a short video on facebook last year of someone smacking their flat screen tv to get it to work, and the tv fell to the floor.

I've had to scrub walls before, and it isn't fun. I'm assuming that the landlord will repaint some rooms, because he was planning on repainting before we moved in to the place. I know that there are some spots on the walls and in the shower that won't come out. Our landlord is really nice, so I don't think it would be a huge issue if we couldn't get everything 100% clean after trying.

I own some wobbly furniture, but it's from when I was still in college. I've got cubicle shelves that are made out of particle board and I'm surprised that they haven't fallen apart yet. Homemade furniture should also be sturdier as well and last longer.

I'm the sure the yarn has found a good home. I'm always looking for craft supplies at thrift shops. Sometimes I find some really good deals. I found feedsack fabric a couple months ago that I plan to use in my hexagon quilt. I want to have at least two trees, both of them both being good sized trees so that I can actually put up all my ornaments. One tree might hold all my cat ornaments and the other could have all my vintage decorations.

So far, I've been in the clear, but I do tend to sit a ways away from the students while at work. I do not want to go home sick as that would just ruin by break. It would also ruin my birthday on Friday if I were to get sick. I haven't been sleeping well at night, but I've been attributing that to my bone contusion and not being able to sleep the way I normally do.

I haven't bought many items from the antiques center, mainly due the price of items. I didn't use the skin zapper must last year, because I was only get repeat skins and I was low on Wiz tokens.

That might be the thing to do. There were characters that were introduced during the cruise that we may have only heard from once or twice since then.

I haven't tried any Gravedigger yet as I am trying to figure out how to set up my laptop and mouse on a hard surface with my leg propped up.

Doing alright! I went through and made a WL category for all of the stickers I'm missing, and I organized my unsorted category a bit more.

The old tech sure had a personality & got scared of being replaced... the newer things just expect to be gone so they don't respond well to smacking & can make you feel worse if you break them lol. I have a combo of furniture... old wood antiques, store bought... and even a cardboard drawer organizer :o The old wood definitely is sturdier, but heavier & can be a pain to move. I'm currently converting my great-grandfather's portable wardrobe into an accessory area; if my health lets me.

&^ & that's a brilliant tip about the kit. Random... just selective in burning when I choose to try an expensive recipe lol

I would be willing to try anything. I use to put some icy hot on, but that stopped helping.

Try to use Tiger balm if you can get some, make sure it's for arthritis or joint pain... other ointments could help. Just make sure to wash hands after. It's normal it'll sting a bit at first but then relieves.

Subetalodge is really helpful with the checklists! I used that to get my stickers sorted and add them to my WL on site. I haven't been keeping up with all of my other collections yet, I'm trying to start with the ones that I need the fewest of.

Books will probably be next.

they might, normally they have ointments just talk to the pharmacist and get what he/she recommends ;)

You need to create an account with them to use it, and then you can import info from your collection pages on here and they'll check off which items you have and which you don't on their site. It makes it a bit easier when you decide to go on a spending spree for things you still need.

ooo I was doing it old school, checking up the book and then verifying on my pets lists... very tiresome. I'll look into signing up another night since I want to finish major drill and then movie, not just the bonus feature before going to bed... snack too so much to do so little energy.

Yeah, it's not such a big deal anymore for the collections like plushies and beanbags, since there's an option for those to show you which items you're missing. But for things like stickers, books, and foods the Subetalodge checklists can be really helpful.

Yeah, it's kind of annoying having to go through page by page. But it's better than looking up every book individually and checking to see if you have it. ;~;

Yeah it sure is. I fell behind because I read all of those paper scraps and tomes to Talon before they were added to the checklist on Subetalodge. I got impatient lol.
