Had a quick look at the new wardrobe, it pulled off my Zombie skin immediately, so just had a go sticking it back on! Maybe try some outfits on, and will certainly be doing my HAs PJs for Xmas eve, so it will be interesting to poke about with.

If you can make a scarf, you can make 2 squares, sew them together, line and add a handle - now you can make a bag! (Over ambitious knitter/seamstress here...) ;)

The shopping is survived, and what do you know, there were hardly any queues anywhere, lots of parking spaces and I treated myself to a bag of chocolate coins to go with my cold meds. Huzzah for positive mentality!

That is one serious, long term wedding gift... Hopefully it will make it to you soon!

If there's not enough yarn for a whole pair of socks, maybe you could complete the one, and treat it like an Xmas stocking memento? Maybe add a cord to hang on the tree, or just as a little family decoration for the house?

That does sound like a good motivation to get the AC mortgage paid off. I never had enough storage, so would sell stuff, because you can order it again, but (of course) I then would want the sold thing forget it was sold and have a grump.
Really, I should be more organised. xD

my yarn sense is tingling. scarf? crochet/knit? the bag could be 1 piece: when you start the second half, have the stitch beginning and ending on those rows go through the mirrored row (of the first half). (Done between 'turning' the work.)

I went into the wardrobe, but didn't really do anything. I am always paranoid about dealing with anything new until I know exactly what I am doing.

I got some yesterday, but none yet today. I'm posting like crazy, too. Meh. I'm the same way. I don't want to go into my wardrobe and mess anything up by clicking the wrong thing, so I'm going to wait till the weekend I think.

I've only gotten 1 gift box so far with the very 1st post I made after the announcement, but it was on another board, one of the forums that they had links for in the news post. Haven't opened it though, hoping to get more so I can save this one for my gallery.
