Christmas (and Luminaire) is my favourite season, and every year I quest on and off so I can gift people things during this month. To make it a little easier for me, if you don't have a link to your wishlist on your profile, please include a link in your comment. Also, it might take me a little while to get through everyone because I'm currently in the middle of exams, and most of my days are spent doing metabolism maps.

I love what you've done with your HA. Simplicity can be amazing sometimes. Your exams sound much harder than mine, I struggled with metabolism in bio, but then, I'm a history major. I just have to write some stuff and give a couple presentations. Almost done though! We're so close!

2016 has been a little tough. I'm thankful that I have a warm, cozy house, plenty to eat, and wonderful friends to share it with.

Thanks for the giveaway! Something that makes me happy is not only my lovely pets and family but my partner . He's always there for me when I feel like giving up he's always been my rock and I am having such a great time being with him and building our lives together, even if he annoys me sometimes lol :) Also summer beach BBQs for Christmas, love them too reminds me of when I was little

Thanks for doing this giveaway ^^ Well I can say I'm grateful to be alive. So Christmas time is the season where the number of thieves increase exponentially (it's probably the same everywhere around the world) and my friends and I were held up at gun point recently. We lost some valuables but we're all alive, I get to live to celebrate my 20th year of living and that's all I'm really grateful for.

thank you for doing this, this year was really bad for me, but the good thing is that i started to run again, after having 3 surgeries, and exercising so i am happy, and i try to remand this year! happy holidays!

Good luck on your exams! This year I am thankful for being able to have no-inpatients on my clinical rotation over Thanksgiving and being able to surprise my parents by coming home to visit.

Thank you for doing this! This year has been a rough one but I've been able to reconnect with some old friends who I missed dearly but was scared to reach out to once we'd lost touch with each other. But chatting with them again came as easily as the good old days and it's been wonderful to have them in my life again.

We're ok now though we'll never forget what happened. For the longest while I was just numb with shock and disbelief that that had actually happened to me. I quite agree with you. Usually I just go on about my day never thinking about the fact that anything could happen to me but after that I can say I've thought about it and while the experience has humbled me some I would be quite thankful not to have another life-or-death situation.

Well, whatever happened, it's working for you! Thanks! I love my subject, but I know a lot of people think it is boring. I always say that 'history is just a bunch of stories' and try to encourage people not to get too bogged down in specifics. I hate profs who will go on about troop movements and just list names and dates because that is boring, so I try to find something people can connect with. And thankfully, I'm not too bad at essays, lol. I don't know that I have a specific historical event that's my favorite, there are perhaps too many to choose from, haha. I will say that this semester I've had to give 4 presentations in U.S. History and most of them weren't really events except the Triangle Shirtwaist Fire which I'm very passionate about and could have gone on longer than I did. I really enjoyed the research for my presentation on John Banvard, who in the 1850's painted a mile + long painting of the Mississippi River and put it on reels which he toured with as he lectured and acted out scenes in front of it. In another 10 days I have my last one for that class, which I'm doing on 1960's protest music. :)

I live in NZ so by the time Christmas rolls around summer is in full swing. Always wanted to experience one in the winter though, never seen it snow (I have seen snow itself just not it actually snowing lol) but I definitely love spending Christmas at the lake or beach with the BBQ going

Hello! Happy Lumi!

While this year has definitely been a rollercoaster to say the least, I'm incredibly grateful for my wonderful boyfriend. Yesterday was my birthday and he took me out to an amazing lunch, took me ice skating, and pretty much spent the entire day with me. He's my best friend and the one person I feel I can be myself around.

Anyway, thank you very much for doing this :)

My kitty passed away 3 months ago, and that put me in a real tail spin, no pun intended. Been in a depression slump ever since. I am hope Christmas and Lumi would pull me out of it.
