Oh hon, I'm so sorry to hear that your condition is getting worse and that the projector isn't working as a solution anymore. I hope you and your sister can figure something out for you. I know you won't be able to respond personally, so this part is more for your sister, but maybe have someone install a screen reading software and use a speech to text program? So you can still keep in touch with your friends online without having to look at the screen. It's unfortunate that more sites aren't accessible. :c There are videos on youtube that you can listen to by blind youtubers that explain how they navigate technology without being able to see it, maybe that might help with some ideas? Please take care of yourself, your health comes first! ❤️

I'm not sure what we'll do, but I'll have to start figuring something out! My next solution was somehow installing an incandescent bulb into an old computer monitor. I'm not that electrical savvy so I'll have to get help for that.

Is that something that might help? Or a filter screen directly over the monitor to block some types of light? I am so sorry you aren't able to come online and that your solution that you've had for many years isn't working! I can't imagine how frustrating that is, especially since you are so very loved in the Subeta community! :( Alas I don't have any solutions as I don't know what it is you have exactly (in order to google possible solutions) which I'm pretty sure you're awesome sister has already done in the past lol :) But I can recommend speech to text software (Dragon anywhere). I've used that one before, just so you could still feel a bit connected maybe? <3 Maybe there's a way too, to reach out to computer actual companies and explain your condition and maybe let them know hey there are other people affected by this condition and ya'll could really change lives? anyways sorry for the ramble, I really hope you can come back soon and you will definitely be missed <3
