Cup of tea with a nice rom-com or Disney film :3
Drink a glass of wine and watch Rooster teeth content. I usually end up laughing so much.

I gift people and give people stuff when I feel bad because making other people happy makes me happy
We shall rise as we fall
If it's really bad I'll call my best friend and we'll talk for hours until I'm better but if I think I can manage it on my own I'll just watch a movie in my bed and stuff myself with chocolate or whatever I have... Or just taking a nap can help wonders (:

I like to watch videos of pugs and corgis on Youtube, make myself a cup of cocoa, put on some comfy pajamas, and then watch a bunch of Parks & Recreation or rewatch the Harry Potter or The Lord of the Rings movies with my mom or a friend. Something tasty to snack on always helps too; I've never been a strict dieter anyway, but if I'm really feeling down I don't worry too much about one or two treat foods. That's just me though!
I personally will do a variety of things depending on what I need to cheer myself up from. Sometimes I just listen to nothing but music, other times I try to find a good show to watch or a good book to read. Hanging out with my friend or roommate is usually a pretty good way to cheer myself up as well. And watching Jacksepticeye on youtube. No joke. I used to not enjoy Lets Plays but he is such a happy and nice guy that he just makes you smile.

I like a hot meal, a warm blanket, and cuddle time with my kitty. I also really love lame jokes, so I'll either look them up online or have my family tell me their best silly jokes; that always cheers me up. I especially like when it becomes a contest to see who can come up with the most lame joke possible. Sometimes it helps to tidy up the house, like I'm somehow clearing up my mental space, too.
I love taking a hot bath, reading, listening to music, and creative writing to relax. :) Cuddling with my GF ranks pretty high up the list, too, haha.
A hot shower and a glass of something strong tend to do the trick. Impractical Jokers always makes me laugh, or cat videos.

I separate myself from people. Nothing is more exhausting than pretending to be happy in concern of people around you xP.
Disney marathon. (Yes, im a kid stuck in a grown up's body xD)
I like to talk to my GF, watch let's plays on Youtube, play various games on my 3DS, play with my pets, or fiddle with Transformers figures and transform them. Or set them up for some elaborate battle scene or tea party.
I've got flames on my chest. It's a lot to live up to.

I read, or watch youtube videos (Good mythical morning!), Draw and talk to my good friend. Sometimes nothing helps cheer me up but talking to my friend gives me something else to think about
I shower, listen to upbeat music, maybe paint my nails or put on a face mask. Just kind of pamper myself!
Listening to music or taking a nap helps, maybe writing down what it is thats bothering me...
I read, listen to music, watch a movie or a TV show. I also like to make things on the Rainbow Loom. It relaxes me and it also distracts me from whatever is going on because I am focused on making something.
I used to play a short session of some video game. Or play with the Legos I had at the time. Both are not as feasible or timely. Most of my creations are unfinished or needing parts that are hard to come by. Nowadays I have to simply go outside for a few minutes, and contemplate my surroundings. Any weather...
Honestly? Staying busy and productive. It makes me feel like time goes on and whatevers bothering will pass. Also just going to work and knowing at least ill get a paycheck out of it. Working on my art and knowing I'm adding value to my skill set. Taking a walk at night to remember how big the universe is. Also driving, though I don't have a car anymore. I miss it :(
