~ both look great but I think without the flowers would be more versatile. Maybe add a matching band along the top of the skirt.. so it's just not a line? Then again I'm not artist so idk lol

i agree with what some others have said...

no flowers, imo, makes it more wearable, at least for me.

more defined waist line (like all my high-waisted skirts IRL have an elastic band type thing so adding something like that) i always think of for good waist-band type skirt :3

also i think the part by the HA's left hand (so right side looking at it) should be a bit longer, cuz if she bends over, everyone will be seeing her bum.

I like it better without the flowers. BUT can easily make the flowers into a belt accessory cus it is cute enough :)

: The hairstyle and dress looks nice from here. And I like the 3rd design from the left here but what drew my attention was actually the flowery top. :D
