I just talked with the programmers and they're looking into some coding that will automatically run that CSC refund/cash out when when we give out GA time like this! I guess there isn't a great way to extend your GA time/change the subscription date.
Make a ticket for now, but it should be handled automatically in the future. :)
I also notified all UAs in our UA support chat, so everyone should be on board by the time they come online again! I wish the fix could be retroactive, but for now they'll have to process this one manually. Thanks for the heads up!
It only messed up for the people that had subscriptions for GAs cause when their subscription was renewed, it reset their time and took away the extra time that had been given. No one else should have been affected.
