First, a slight update. Because we ended up with so many prizes donated total (138!), my original plan to ping 5 people at a time and give them 24 hours to chose will not work because it could take a full month!

Instead, the first two groups will be 5 people pinged at once, but the rest of the groups will be about 10 people pinged at once. Also, we will have to shorten the time to about 12 hours. If you post after the 12 hours since being pinged you will still get a prize, but you won't have priority over the new people who have been pinged. Once you have been pinged it is first come, first served.

When you are pinged, it's not a bad idea to list about 3 prizes in order of what you would like in case your first choice was already taken but the list hadn't yet been updated.

There are enough prizes for almost everyone to get one and we will have consolation prizes for those who don't win anything.
