Aw, they sound adorable! Birds are certainly an interesting pet. Ah of course, the flipside is they force you to continue with subjects you may know you don't want to pursue. I hadn't really thought about it since I was so sad to let all these subjects I loved go. I suppose it really depends on the person which is better. It's a shame you can't just go for which system you want! I think our degrees are a tad shorter than yours for this reason. So I suppose that's a benefit too. I hadn't heard of them either until choosing my project. We only cover ferromagnets in undergrad Physics. It is a pretty cool project, and it is entirely computational so I can just do everything from my laptop while still in bed xD Perfect for my laziness. (Or terrible because nothing makes me go into uni)

@ Parselmouth Achievements? IMO book achievements (even though they're expensive) are way easier to get than the food achievements, mostly because you can read your pet an unlimited amount of books in a short amount of time, not so with the food achievements.

Oh gosh, that'd be a ton of pets! I think it'd be kinda cool to have all the colors of one pet, but having all the colors of every pet would probably require upwards of 400 or 500 pet slots. o: And then what about experiments?

They really are, they're very different than the dog or cats! Some of them are very affectionate and sweet (my tiniest chicken is basically a cat) and some... would much rather sit on your ceiling fan than play with you. cx (But the doves will talk to me, which the chickens don't, so it's cool.) It'd be really nice to choose! It's sad that you didn't get to keep the rest of the subjects, but honestly I could do without more history classes any day, so I would've been cool with that system. cx I've heard that degrees are shorter over there too! That'd be nice, aha. That's awesome! If you like math, it's perfect (or if you have a good calculator cx). I think I'd be too afraid to make errors to do a project like that but not having to write a huge essay sounds awesome, aha. shifty eyes White chocolate conspiracy here...

Aha, I'd say it is and I'd second it! cx I've got physical gifts done too and about 75% of the gifts on here either in my inventory or picked out, so I'd say I'm doing alright with that. A few people I'm sending things to early because I know they won't be here on Lumi, but most of them will go under trees tonight I think! Also poking into the other conversation, I'm absolutely glued to Moon right now too. cx It's the first game I'm bothering with trying to finish the Pokedex and it's taking foreverrrr, oh my gosh.

Aww chickens! That's adorable. I've had goldfish for forever, but we lost almost all of them recently due to some pH issue with the tapwater we didn't notice :c Poor babies. I miss history so much! I feel like I've gotten dumber about everything outside of physics. We really don't have the same kind of general knowledge that you guys have. (Or I'm just using that as an excuse for how much I suck at local geography). Shorter degree is certainly nice. Especially when fees are per year x_x I haven't had to do much maths really. You just have to understand a whole bunch. The computer will solve everything for you! Whoo! I've actually made tonnes of mistakes but I can just rerun my code so I don't lose anywhere near as much time as the poor people in labs. I do have a huge report to write at the end about my findings, and we have literature reviews and presentations x_x But I definitely prefer a big science report to the dissertations everyone else writes!

I know...mine is about halfway and I've already beaten the main story and the little prologue quest thing (being vague because spoilers are a thing). I tend to binge play a game if I really like it and spent all last night trying to get extras of version exclusives for my bf (he got moon so we can swap)....but after a lot of hard work...be even has a Solgaleo waiting for him.
