They are not, just the orange star. It will only be 400 csc. Normally an item like this would be 500 csc, but I'm discounting it because the purpose of me doing this isn't to make CSC! I will ping again when the item is on site for payment. The first group will get a trade lot to pay, everyone else will get an invite to buy it from my shop.
