On a final note I did say there would be a participation prize and I decided that everyone that fully participated can chose 1 item that I have extras of in My Morostide gallery so I have more than 1 of said item. Or 1 item from the swap shop as there prize for participating.

I'm not particular about sign up timing for Lumi swap although I'd have to lean toward having a longer window for sign ups.

While I like gifts under the tree I think gift-wrapping is a better fit as it stays anonymous and you can send a message so the person knows it was from their SS. Last year I remember there being a lot of confusion for people with very full trees figuring out what was from their ss.

The participation prize is so unexpected and very cool of you. Is this spoken for ?
