I've been using the MB also. I feel like it's been pretty quick. Donating a hoard now. Then will buy some more!

I use Reload Every. I click an item i Have a bunch of and it gives me an 'item specific' link. Then I set it to relaod every 30 seconds or so. The same thing for buying from shops when using thelink like this
