I'm not sure if this is for the plot or not, but I found some items that go along with the whole Sea thing.

I don't find them in Subetalodge, but just checked SS and it says battle loot. I sure hope we don't have to battle again soon. LOL It very well could be for Keelhauliday though. I keep "trying" to forget there are other things coming up. :P

I'm so curious! I noticed the altar with the crystals had Merana on it, and now the water's getting stormy outside... Maybe she's coming for her sacrifice?

Yeah they are new items, but the images are based on previous challengers. I don't remember all of the names though.

They are likely for Keelhauliday, although I think we do have at least one more battle challenger coming. There were 3 other unreleased battle loot items put in the directory earlier on in the plot.

Guess all those running shoes and high-heels are finally paying off.

I noticed the script and translated it as well. Merena is also painted on the steps below the crystal.

I think she has, but I don't visit her enough to really know.

Although someone else pointed out that it's also mentioned in her bio for the Subetapedia, so I'm assuming it's not a new thing. They're finally uncovering a bit more of the lore that's always existed but hasn't been explored.

So... Can we has more updates?

Yeah, I assumed it had been there before, which is kind of neat, because it shows that the lore has been around for a while.

Yeah it's nice that there are apparently all of these backstories for everything, we just don't know all of them yet. But there has been a lot of thought put into the different characters and their connections and all of that. I love it!
