I don't quite understand how making progress on the trail works aside from that we don't make progress during obstacles... Did we take longer on our obstacles than Team Gold? Or any ideas on how we got behind and what we could do differently to get ahead? My understanding is that the food game doesn't move us forward, just helps us avoid delays due to low energy. Can anyone help me understand the trail part better? :)
