Yeah, that's definitely the plan. I don't think I'll even be on for the other two bosses, so the one at 6pm tonight is the one I am going to concentrate on and try really hard to keep going even if I get bored or tired of dying. :P

Well, prepping to fall on my face in the battle, tier 2 for the non-win! I'll have a quick go, though.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but how do these boss battles work? I read the spoiler on the news page, but I'm still slightly confused. Is it in a similar vain to the Gooli army we encountered along the trail? Or is it just a super strong opponent? I just.. have never battled during a event before and have missed quite a of them [events] over the years due to school/hiatuses/work, plus I only very recently even battled my very first opponent.

My strongest pet is a T3 - I have been informed I could get it to a T4 if I train everyday and use my EXP. points (which I had forgotten existed) - but say it remains a T3 pet. Is it even worth it to battle these bosses?

Boss battles work pretty much exactly like the gooli army: one opponent with a HUGE health total, which everyone can fight at once to lower the health of. I'd say it is worth it to at least try and fight it some, since (at least in the past) there have been plot points given out for doing damage to bosses.

Are there other achievements out for this newest puzzle / game? Should I bother playing past the 512 tile?

Congrats on finally getting the puzzle! I remember when 2048 first blew up and I found it impossible, I can only imagine how frustrating the game is when there's pressure to get the hang of it by a certain time.

There is an achievement for getting a 2048 tile, but you'll be able to try for that one once the game is added back to the site permanently at the end of the event. So you don't have to do it now in order to move on.

I'd say it's still worth it to at least try some. If you battle a lot for the whole duration of one of the bosses, you may get lucky and end up in the top for your pet's tier and still get prizes.

Usually the battle prizes are separate from the prizes for the rest of the event though, so I don't think you will miss out on any plot points if you don't battle.

Friendly reminder: You can also do battle quests to earn more exp points. I am doing those right now :D

My pet is T3, so I'm giving all I can. Probably end up dying A LOT! But this will be my first time doing a battle for a plot.

So does anyone have any of the weapons available in the cash shop? Are they actually worth the amount of CSC they cost?

No, I wouldn't bother with those. It looks like you can buy some of them from other users for cheaper than than the sP value of the CSC it would require to buy them from the cash shop.

But even then, I only know that like two of them are useful if you deal with the legendary weapons. The others I'm not really sure, but from what I can tell it's not worth it to spend that much on them.

I have an Eternal. It isn't all that great. I am actually trying to sell it lol. If you want to give it a try, you can borrow it.

Hopefully the boss isn't beaten too quickly so that I have a chance to accumulate at least enough points to get some prizes. XD
