We were already behind them, now we are being pushed back :( Now we're at 9% while they're 14%!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep trying folks, it's not about who has the biggest team, it's about heart and to keep trying.

Team Saggi's monsoon has cleared. We've had a headwind blow us backwards. Maybe we can get a tailwind now to propel us forwards.

The food game is getting tedious, but at least it's something to do I guess.

Hopefully there are only a few days of this, or it's going to get old real quick :P

It's possible that scores submitted are divided by number of active players? I can only hope that's the case, or it's really a popularity contest in the end. I've always loathed Oregon Trail, but at least the hunting game is okay. I've yet to catch an obstacle I could help with.

I just noticed, there are two temple/building things on the map before reaching the X at the top of the mountain. I'm guessing those are the places we're trying to reach with these treks, so it seems like we'll have to end up doing this progress bar day thing a total of 3 times, if the buildings are where we'll be setting up our camps.

I'm just afraid of going to sleep and coming back to see this whole thing devolved into chaos, out of food and miles behind the other team.

I'm still stuck on the 1st page, after hunting several times and clicking forward over & over nothing has changed. So that's what we do, just keeping click the forward button until maybe something happens? Not much fun there.

check the page every 5~10 minutes and press F5. Forward button is just to reload the page, F5 is faster

Where are you getting the % from?

You don't need to keep clicking the "forward" button, afaik, just refresh occasionally to see if there's an obstacle (at least, that's what I do). But yeah, aside from hunting there's not much to do until one shows up.
