I have a problem. It was pointed out to me, that you ping'd accepting my offer of 1k for the bolero and even gave a lot number. HERE Dude, it is NOT cool at all that after you accepted my offer ACCEPTED and gave a lot number. I did not get the ping. That same DAY you responded to user letting her know "the other offer I have for the bolero is 1k, idk if you wanna go higher than that?". That is incredibly rude. Told her you would contact me to see if I wanted to UP my offer You did ping me I see about asking to up my offer, but didin't get that ping, either. WTF whky in the heck would I up my offer when you had already ACCEPTED my offer? I HAD NO IDEA you had accepted!!! 9-9 you sold the item to one of my friends.

Stuff is stuff and I'm NOT mad that I didn't get the bolero. I AM mad that you accepted my offer, turned around and had the balls to take MORE offers on it, knew that pings weren't working and made NO other attempt to contact me and jeezus didn't even give me time to check with you myself/realize what was going on, cause you sold it less than 24 hours after because you "didn't hear back from me". You have deplorable practices when it comes to selling cw's.

PS. I am in total shock that you flat out lied to about the . You sold it to me. SOLD. You did not just "throw it in" and I only bought TWO items. My Post To refresh your memory. hi, sorry it's taken me a while to respond, I've been out for most of the weekend. I wanted to respond and address your issues. First, the one thing I have learned when I do any sort of thread selling items is that many (not all) people will tell me they want something and either disappear afterward or never respond. Some people will constantly message me. Some people don't do either and everything works out fine. When I ping someone (and the ping has gone through on my end) and everyone else is getting my pings, I assume (incorrectly in this case, I have no problem admitting that), that they see my ping. When I get no response from someone I see still active in my thread, I assume they have possibly changed their mind because that also happens frequently. With people pinging me here, messaging me, and commenting my profile, it can be hard to keep up with past pages if I'm not getting responses. I didn't decide to offer the bolero to someone else until 18 hours after I put the lot up and received no response. By that point I thought maybe you had changed your mind. That was my mistake. It's why I pinged you the second time, to make absolutely sure you no longer wanted the item. Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing you did not receive either of my pings. When I saw you active in the thread again and no mention was made of the bolero, I figured my initial assumption was correct and you had changed your mind, possibly because you seemed intent on helping jpeg with the pouf. I'm willing to admit that I have made a mistake here, and for that I want to apologize.

With regards to the hair I sold you, I didn't lie to anyone. I never said I gave it to you for free, you have misinterpreted what I meant by "throw it in". I do reserve the right to decide who I sell my items to. You had been active in my thread, and wanted to purchase more than one item from me, so I figured I'd be nice and sell you the hair as well instead of starting another back and forth. You don't have to believe me, but that was my initial intention. I will also be refunding you the 800CSC you initially paid shortly. I am sorry for the inconvenienc I have caused with my inattentiveness.

I also don't expect you to believe me nor do I expect any sort of acceptance of my apology, but I would still like to apologize to you. I had no intention of lying to you or cheating you out of an item you wanted, I simply thought I would show some favor to a user that had been nice to me. Being rude to you was not my intention, and if that is how I came across, I am sorry.

Just so you know though, there's a limit of 10 pings per post, and considering that yours wasn't the only one I missed recently, I don't think further ones will show up even if you edit them in later (unless you take out all the previous pings first idk I just know that I missed more than one lately). So that might be why some of us were missing your pings

Firstly, I apologize for misinterpreting what you had said. I have to admit that I was totes super mad and probs let my anger influence how I was comprehending stuff. I probably should have refrained from posting "in the heat of the moment". I def came off way more harsh than I intended and I apologize for that, as well. You can sell to whomever you wish, but I still don't think it was right to sell that whip to me without saying something to Darkrai. :/ Or even to not try and contact me. I've had people not get back to me, either, but I generally give peeps a few days becasue not everyone is on subeta everyday. I thought about it and could only compare to if you were purchasing something from craigslist or a similar site and a seller agreed to sell an item to you and lo they sell right aftwards to someone else and don't even inform you of that fact. It's just a matter of what each of us believe is polite, IDK.

You did not need to refund me, that was totes unnecessary! It was not about the cw, honestly. Another will come up, they do here and there. :) If it doesn't offend, I would like to give you the csc back. Shoot me a junk trade lot # and I'll offer on it. :)

I don't mind at all! It was on my wl forever ago, but I never saw one so I took it off. XD I really like the style AND I just so happened to pick up a different colored one from pawn so I most definitely don't mind. XD Lot Enjoy!
