oh! i had no idea that's where it came from; i honestly had no idea of the origin of the meme!! thanks for letting me know :'O it wasn't my intention to do anything of that sort. i just thought the pun was funny. i'd like to apologize to you and your family for what happened and my insensitive joke; i should've probably done my research before making that slogan.
I know it wasn't your intention at all, and that you weren't actually trying to hurt anyone. And you don't have to apologize to me or my family; I just wanted you to be aware, if you weren't already, of where that came from and that tomorrow is the eleventh. Some people might be angry, so I just wanted you to be ready if there were to be any backlash.

Yes, I'm sorry if you were offended/hurt as well by them. I do think it's inappropriate, but not against the law or rules of the site, and I support freedom of expression. The artist didn't know where that came from either, but is sympathetic.
