There is a Quick Stock option in your shop you can use. It's also available via the hover tabs (the qs link): Commerce > Your Shops > Your shop name here (qs)

has this down pat! :) Quickstock can also handily stock multiple items at once from your inventory into your wardrobe, vault, and collections, and can also be used for deleting items or donating them to the Donation Center.

Quickstocking things directly into collections is a gold account feature though :)
