Tough question! It really depends on my mood. I enjoy red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, and recently I've started to enjoy carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Also... tres leches cake with strawberries. Mmmm. Though, I really love a chocolate cake, with cream cheese frosting (best part of anything, really) with coconut shavings and some vanilla ice cream.

Hands down Carrot Cake for me. I love carrot cake. Have since I was about 10? So every year on my birthday I get a slice of carrot cake :D Cause the rest of my family likes chocolate so they pick up that instead D: Oh well, Least I get a nice slice just for me.

If cheesecake counts, then a pumpkin spice rum cheesecake with a gingersnap crust, decorated with melted white chocolate and buckeyes. I make it every year for thanksgiving.

Red velvet cake! Though, I have recently found a premade vanilla bean cake mix that was the best cake ever. And, I can only eat cake made with whole wheat, so I can't eat cakes from bakeries.

Weeeellll I am clearly the lame absolute minority here for boring tastes: white cake, white frosting. :x Classic grocery store, birthday cake, cake. It's so sugary and horrible but I love it so hard.
