I feel like that's probably not going to happen for the same reason it was removed from our own wishlists, it was putting too much strain on the servers to pull up that information every time a wishlist was loading.
Mass moving items from one WL to another seems to be implemented and I am SO HAPPY about this! <3
i appreciate the new mass-move, but i would like to have the individual dropdown option as well, if possible? (maybe as a user preference toggle?)
because i can only pick one category at a time, this new way is less efficient for me when it comes to organizing my default wishlist o:
I'm not sure if it's been mentioned but having a way to search wardrobe layers (background, face, bottoms etc) in our wishlists would be VERY useful!

Was it explained why changing the border color of items depending on which WL category they're in was turned down? I know nothing about coding or what kind of work it would take to make that happen so if it's simply too complicated, that's understandable.

I had actually finished implementing the things mentioned in the last update a long time ago and just never posted an update on this topic T_T Here you go, so you can update the first post!
THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPENED:
- Search function to see which category a wishlist item is in
- Delete button has been moved to less scary place in the UI
- There is a confirmation pop-up if you click the delete button
- You can click the item image to go to the category
- Ability to make wishlist categories private
- Ability to custom order wishlist categories via drag-n-drop
- Ability to order wishlist categories by rarity, and by name alphabetically - Exclude inactive/frozen users from reverse wishlist search
- Being able to mass move items from one WL category to another
THINGS THAT WILL HAPPEN (BECAUSE I AM ACTIVELY WORKING ON THEM): n/a at the moment
THINGS THAT WILL EVENTUALLY HAPPEN BUT ARE NOT BEING ACTIVELY WORKED ON RIGHT NOW: n/a at the moment
THINGS THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN*:
- Custom color borders for WL categories
- Official way to mark some wishlist categories as more important/urgent as others
- subject to change, but for now it's not feasibly something we will implement
