Like mentioned, this term we'll be having our first Triwizard Tournament. You won't be able to earn any points until you're assigned a school to be a part of. Term officially starts July 14th and will end on September 15th.
TRIWIZARD TOURNAMENT - School Preference/Sign Up Welcome to Slytherin House! We are currently in Sixth Term, which is our first ever Triwizard Tournament. This term works differently, with three schools and their champions competing against each other instead of a competition at Hogwarts for the House Cup. You will need to join one of the three schools if you'd like to participate this term. The Triwizard Tournament term will end on September 15.

You don't need to earn a minimum amount of points to be involved in this forum group. :D
Hi there! I'd like to join, but I'm really new to group RP and I can get overwhelmed easily. Is there a group requirement where we need to be active in the group or we'll be dropped?
Hi! :) You can be as active as you like. We have members that participate every term in each element of the group and others who are more social members (who don't rp at all) or members who prefer to rp only. You don't have to be active every term. There isn't a minimum level of participation to remain in the group.

Good morning to you, I joined Wizarding some days ago to start playing in 7th term. Please sort me into Ravenclaw.
(I am reading through the Tri Tournament right now, my fingers already itching when reading about the herb essay and art assignement, that´s wonderful tasks! I am so looking forward to join for next term. I am on a 3 week vacation starting on the 19th before so better to join for September, I think.....)

You could definitely still participate in the 6th term tournament though - 100% participation/availability isn't necessary. It's more of a do what you can, when you can, if you can (at least I think!). So if you are interested at all, even though you'll be away for quite a bit, you could jump in if you wanted. c:
