Though now that I thought about it, one of my aunts had a Talking Mother Goose. I never could muster the courage to sneak out and just paw at her...
As a kid, I had one side of my bed full of stuffed animals. My favorite was a Pikachu that was my travel companion. I got annoyed with his speaking, so I removed the box and wires from him. XD He's gone now, because his eyes fell apart and was falling apart badly. All of my other stuffed animals from my childhood are gone too because I didn't want them.
My oldest one is 10 years old and is a Build a Bear bunny named Cocoa. She used to have clothes, but I thought the clothes were annoying when I wanted to hug her. I have a few other stuffed animals, but I sleep with Cocoa since she's the most comfortable.
- Yay for sweet husbands! :3 My fiance sneaks Cocoa into my arms if if I'm sick or if I forgot her while I was falling asleep. He also likes to surround me in stuffed animals if I take a nap.
What I remember anyway:
A Looney Tunes Sylvester stuffed toy I received when I was three years old. Poor thing went through me cutting "hair" off of him. He was also smothered with lotion back then.(I have no idea why 3yr old me did this) Needless to say he is in a very "loved" state. He's received many surgeries over the years including a stuffing transplant.
A Beanie Buddies Pug which I still sleep with sometimes.
Honorable mention: I never slept with this stuffed animal but he was an important part of me sleeping. I had a Tonka Pooch Patrol plush dog. You could make it look mean or normal. My mother has a picture of it sitting in front of my bedroom door growling. (protecting me from monsters I told her)
I have 3 little baby blankets, they were gift when I was born. Being a sick and somewhat odd child at times I was very attached to them for years. I gave them up when I was 12, never had the heart to get rid of them. I don't carry them everywhere with me anymore lol but I have them stashed away in my sidetable and when I have a bad day or are crying I like to hug them. Also I sometimes sleep with them on my pillow but thats sorta for a reason, I have arthritis and my pillows are like pancakes cause I need new ones but are to cheap to buy them, so they give my neck a bit of support. My partner thinks its a bit geeky but doesn't seem to mind lol
I had a lot, actually. I was a bit crazy about stuffed animals as a child. My most memorable one has to be my tiny stuffed dragon though. It's still around here somewhere. I'll never get rid of it. My older sister picked it out the day I was born and I'm sure it's at the origin of the dragon obsession I've always had.
So apparently, for my baby shower, I got this "giant" teddy bear. She was your average brown bear, and when I was old enough to start naming things I named her Muffy, after a fancy Muffy Vanderbear toy I saw in a shop window. When I was in kindergarten, she was about the same size as me, so I dressed her in my clothes. I had a pretty rough childhood, to be honest, and she was my best friend. She got lost in storage and I miss her!
I've always slept with a panda doll :)

There is one that got away. A a second hand store I spotted a very handsome penguin character. His most attractive feature was he had underwear...Fuck me for picking a CD player.
I still sleep with it too! Lol!
Cleared by staff, oversized
I had a barney stuffed animal that i'd sleep with and I had this big brown bear that my mom and dad won for me at the fair.
[tot=britney]
I still sleep with stuffed animals. XD
But yeah, same, mostly a million stuffed animals all strung across my bed(exaggerating, but I did have over a 100 in my room at one point.)
Now, I have uh... six on my bed.
I used to stuff with a stuffed Eyeore but then I had a nightmare it attacked me...never felt safe with it againXD
I had a raggedy brown teddy about 3 feet tall. My son took possession of it from the moment he found it lol.
I had SO MANY stuffed animals. I probably had 101 dalmations toys at one point - granted not all were big plushies, but several were, and most were on my bed. There were lots of other dogs and several horses. I have a few of the special ones still sitting in a basket.
Most importantly, "Giant" is a plush dog my aunt and uncle gave me when I had surgery around my 5th birthday. Remember old Pound Puppies? He's like those, but nearly 2 feet long. Almost 18 years later I still have him; he's perfect to snuggle with.
