Mine is just such an ugly thing. No, really. 32 years old, purple and yellow, lost one eye and the stuffing in the middle is almost gone from squeezing too hard, making him weirldy thin.
I love him. He is still in the bedroom and when I am alone in the room I sometimes talk to him. My weirdness fits his. ^_^
I have mentioned elsewhere how I'd never hold a person as I do my elephant. I feel a person would only say stop. And I would, in another room.
I can't be the only to feel as such.
I had so many but my main was Sophie. I'm not sure what brand she is but she is a stuffed white cat with blue eyes that I have had since I was 4. I don't hold onto a lot but I still have her. She sits on my shelf.
I always slept with this cabbage patch baby that had satin edges on it's pajamas that I would rub between my fingers until I fell asleep. One time in a move across states, it got lost and was never found. :(

I had a dolphin stuffed animal that mom gave me for Easter when I waaas... nine, I think? I named her Ernestine because I'd read a book about dolphin trainers and one of the dolphins was named that. I've kept her ever since! She's kind of gone from a cuddle toy to a good luck travel dolphin--I took her with me for three moves and they all went pretty well!
I had a problem with toys after seeing toy story. Anytime I got a new stuffed animal it had to stay in bed with me or I'd project onto it that it felt left out. Luckily, I've gotten over that, but it was mainly dogs and other cute little stuffed animals.
As a kid?? Heck, I still sleep with a stuffed animal. lol. I hold stuff when I sleep.
Oh yes, it was the Teddybear that I was receaving on my birth, so he is as old as me and of course I still have him :)
A stuffed Winnie the Pooh that I absolutely insisted on bringing everywhere when I was a child.
Hi, I'm Turtle.
I have a Pound Purries cat that I've had since the late 80s-early 90s. He was my first cat, before I was allowed to get a real one. He's had his tail sewn back on and his nose has been chipped (I have no recollection of how he got either of those injuries), but he's more or less in great condition. He's hanging out on a pillow now :D
I used to have a huuuuge long stuffed cat named Tom, but I lost him when I was little :( I think I left him at Chuck E Cheese's or something. I still think about him :< I hope you found a good home, Tom!
Edit: Woops! I didn't notice these threads were a month old. I'm so used to the front page being super recent that I didn't check. My bad!
It's all good! Only threads that are three months or older aren't allowed to be necro'd. You're in the clear.
Pound Puppies and Purries were the cutest things, though, s2g. I still have my Pound Puppy in storage somewhere, I'm pretty sure.

I used to slee with small white bear wich i called Nuka . Sadlu i dont have him anymore

A very dirty Sylvester aptly named 'Gross Cat'
Poor thing had his tail sown back on so many times and my mom gave up on trying to keep his head from flopping over. I always carried him the same way I slept - a death grip on his neck.
I lost him during one of my many moves. But luckily I still have a picture or two to remind me.

I had a bear that went everywhere with me and a big yellow duck. The bear is in my bedroom still, as I said it went everywhere with me and survived all my moves. The duck was readopted by one of my lil nieces. She saw it at my parents' house and fell in love with it as I had once done. <3
For years I slept with Bear in my bed with me, but as I now have two dogs who rip apart stuffed animals as a hobby, Bear is in the windowsil of my bedroom, safely away from my mauling doggies. (and my lil dog sleeps in bed with me which is better than any stuffed animal could be, imho) lol
