Now you don't need to actually know me to enter this contest. Also it won't be hard. I am a Black and White kind of person in every aspect. My favorite colors are black and white and I am a black and white person in my train of thought. I like Rainbow pretty things that are cute or black and white horror demons. There is no in between with me.

Having said that I could use some laughs and smiles today (Stressful birthdays are the worst). You guessed it Colorful pretty things make me happy and also horror demon bumps in the night as well. I don't know how to post gifs and such so I thought I would tell you about my daughter DuchessRachel's birthday two years ago. We booked two rooms at a haunted bed and breakfast near the stock yards in Ft. Worth Texas. She brought two friends with her and my oldest daughter and I stayed in the other room. Before going we had ordered ghost hunting kits from Amazon that were pretty cool. Neat gadgets. When we got there the owner took us on a tour of the place. There were two bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a kitchen and a sitting area. One of the rooms was decorated very Victorian style with lots of lace and had a clawfoot tub in it. One room had a western theme with cow horns and cow hide on the bed, another they said that the ghost that visits that room likes to tickle your feet. The room the girls stayed in had an old dresser in it with a mirror above it said to be haunted as well. Our room was pretty plain but you could hear lots of noises coming from the walls and it was said that you can hear someone walking around in it. In the sitting room there was a very creepy old doll that's eyes seemed to follow you every where you went. One of the bathrooms is where a patron had died of a heart attack and the shower curtain would move occasionally and some times the water would turn on by itself. The girls refused to use that bathroom of course! Swore that they heard things in there. We recorded for evp's and had one of those meter thingies supposed to check temp and for electrically charged spots. We took tons of pictures. We spent time in all of the rooms. At one time one of the girls was in the tickle room and had laid on the bed daring the ghost to tickle her. My oldest daughter 36 snuck in and scared her to death by grabbing her foot. LOL! The creepiest thing that happened was when the girls went back to their room and breathed on their mirror to see if there was any ghost writing. Sure enough there was!! It said Leave Now. We like to never got them settled down after that. They stayed up all night ghost hunting and it was a deliciously creepy time for all of us. So if you ever get the chance to stay at a haunted hotel or haunted bed and breakfast I highly reccommend it.

I mean ghost hunting is my kinda adventure but just taking them on an adventure to begin with is so amazing! I LOVE Ghost hunting and haunted places. I am from Arizona and I used to go to Tuscon ALL the time for the hauntings there. I don't scare easy but Tombstone and an old abandoned Mexican church on the border was NO JOKE. Super creepy things.
