YOU'RE SICK TOO!?

Needle felting! I only discovered it recently through a friend of mine, ut it is so much fun and very stress relieving thanks to stabbing the wool with a needle :D

I want to learn how to knit. I keep trying to make the time and I've been knitting very poor scarfs. My goal is to one day knit myself a sweater!

I love to crochet and I am really good at it! I make baby blankets, hats, scarves and afghans for gifts! I have even made my granddaughters little dolls in baskets that fold up into a purse. I used to crochet butterflies, make frames for them and sell them. I can read patterns and a lot of times I can just look at something and make it.

I used to crochet for a bit but my hands started hurting... before that I did cross stitch and quit for the same reason. Handmade hobbies seem to dislike me. I still do pencil drawings sometimes for cards.

i would love to learn japanese watercolor. i love the look of it.

Challenge 1 I tried knitting this year and was very bad at it lol! I would like to try painting more or nail art! I made some nail and yarn art for mu anniversay it was a lot of fun and woukd like to do more of it

i really like hand sewing. i haven't done in a long time but growing up i went to this thing my town does where every january they host different kinds of classes you can take and i took a sewing one and i loved it. even after i took the class i would get supplies to do it at home. always took away some stress from the day.

I would love to learn to knit, but I get easily distracted so I'm sure my sweaters will be a monumental mess.

I've done crochet and sewing projects before but I love to do watercolor. I'll do simple florals or even landscape but I prefer brush lettering. I make cards and art for my walls mostly.

Feeling like a parrot here, looks like I'm not the only one... I would love to try to learn knitting, or crochet!

Challenge 1

I love to do bead work and used to make a lot of dream catchers in different things such as horse shoes or antlers. I don't do it so much any more as my eyes are not very good for small detail.

I went to a paint night a few months ago and had an awesome time. I still don't think I could paint easily free-hand but I really enjoyed the guided experience (and it was so neat to see how everyone's turned out - all so unique even though we all followed the same directions!).

I would like to do woodcarving, I think is super hard, meticulous, puts your imagination to work not only for design but for choosing the wood and combining it. I saw some amazing works from asia, like this one:

I've done crochet in the past. However, I really love art glass like vases and want to learn to work with glass specially making mosaics.

I started teaching myself embroidery but I stopped about a year ago. I still have the supplies so I could get back into it!

I use want take up card making. My mom has a mental illness (depression and bipolar) well when she goes to her psychiatrist they have a clubhouse for people and a lot of the volunteers do card making and they actually are really talented! the cards come out amazing. I only made 2 cards when I went there but that's a hobby I can see myself really loving to do on a regular basis, since i love drawing and designing things. I also use to make necklaces, I had a whole bunch of beads and different jewelry supplies and when I was younger I use to sell them to family members. I also when I was younger I took a life skill class and we learned sewing my teacher said I was very talented in it because I would be making tons of pajama pants and handbags. lol

I would love to get into sewing. Specifically hand-quilting, but I don't have the patience or the space to do things like this but ugh so pretty...
