Falling in to the pile of blasted glitter Capitol couldn't be happier. You see glitter is one of her best friends in her homeland. She wears bright and flashy colors and LOTS of glitter. While some might think this is an act of war, she thinks it's a finishing touch to her already grandios outfit.
(I'm still thinking of a great name for my OC, but for now this is a little prompt about my Hunger Games reference pet The Capitol. She's all about fashion and make-up)
Lethario would be most upset by the glitter bomb. It would be noisy and all he wants is to sleep, also glitter is gritty and not comfy.
Flyn would be best pleased by the glitter bomb as he could use some free art supplies.

My story will involve my twin Zentus - Adagietta Adagietta (sister) and Adagietto Adagietto (brother)
Adagietta and Adagietto come home after a grueling day of school in Shengui Guo. Already annoyed after spending the day learning how to fill tubs with water, Adagietto sits down to color in one of his books, hoping to calm down a bit. Adagietta had a great day at school learning to fold towels and robes. Organizing is one of her favorite activities. She decides that their art table is far to messy to be productive, so she decides to start cleaning. The colored pencils and crayons all get sorted, by color, into their proper places. The paint is stored on the shelves and the brushes go to the sink to be washed. Adagietta then picks up a jar of purple glitter to put in the glitter box, but she doesn't realize that the top isn't fully on. Adagietta picks up the purple glitter jar by the top and accidentally dumps all of it on her already frustrated brother, Adagietto. He groans, snorts, and then sighs sadly, slumped over looking at his picture. Then he realizes how beautiful his picture looks with a little smattering of glitter on it. He perks up and realizes that glitter is the answer to his day. While Adagietta is trying to clean up the glitter that she spilled, her brother quickly grabs the other glitter jars and unscrews the tops. "BOO" he trumpets toward his sister. As she turns around to look at him, startled, he dumps all of the remaining glitter jars over his sister's head. She is stunned for a moment, and then they both start trumpeting with laughter. They end up rolling around in the glitter on the floor, enjoying the moment of messy fun.
