The art is absolutely gorgeous and the colors on all of them are amazing. I probably won't be getting one as I'm not an elephant fan, but I'm blown away by the artwork!

The waters of the bath during the day, they are pink? This is pretty, but in RL you so do not want water to be pretty like that. Water like that is very acidic or so supersalty that there's brine shrimp. Either way, ewww. It's a good thing Zentu take their own baths because me and my torrents are not going in there.

The angle of appearance of the tail looks forced even if you imagine it as really long. It's like the Zentu doesn't have a butt under all that hair.

Does anyone know the times that day and night start and end in Subeta? Because I really want to get one at night.

I believe nighttime for shengui guo is 3pm to 1am

I don't know if I'll ever be online that time, that's, like, 10PM where I am. Well, I'll see if maybe I can get a potion since I don't plan on it staying Common.

Maybe the bathhouse just uses bath bombs to color their water. ;)

I think it's based on whether it's night in Shengui Guo, so if it's using the night map, you'll get a night Zentu. That's the most logical way for it to work, but I could be wrong.

Anyway, I really, really dig these. The color palettes for all of them are wonderful, but I think my favorites are Aqua, Marsh, and Twilight. The fact that their common color changes based on when you adopt them is super neat, too, and I'd love to see more colors with that sort of outside effect in the future!

These are so, so wonderfully done. SO much beautiful coloring oh my goodness ! And the gradients are such a nice touch. You really did an amazing job with these.

I'm pretty sure the pink in the water is a reflection from the pink leaves. Since it's not all of the water.

the art for the pet is lovely and all, but it just looks very uninspired as a design. like... the anatomy and musculature of the thing, it's 100% elephant, and the mane or whatever just feels tacked on. ah, well. it'd be unrealistic of me to expect to like every new pet introduced.

They really stand out from the other subeta pets... like, a whole different aesthetic/realism level. But that's not nec a bad thing. And if nothing else it really helps make SG more special.

Bathhouse still needs No-Face or at least some Dust SpritesMatter sneaking around (and I might've just missed a ref) :p . Otherwise no art complaints.

That was basically my reaction, too. It's nice, but it's just an elephant. And personally I find the aura/mane is too busy.

I tried to come up with a source of light that would result in all the reflection-pink being where it was and there's always an unexplained gap. Either there's two suns or there's a floating tree just above view. This is may be my brain doing tricks though, because I can't make sense of the recent releases from Cavern of Curios, the art deco arm thingies or the passersby-tripping boobcurtains.

It's gotta be the brand super heavy duty bath bombs.

I just love this pet, the concept of the day and light it's something unique and amazing! It gave me Pokemon Sun & Moon tease lol So I snatched the names: Zentu Sun & Zentu Moon xD

I've been having the shittiest day, but adopting my new Zentu has made it better, so thank you for that. Even if they're not exactly my type of animal they're still so very beautiful - the moment I stepped into that bathhouse (love the art for that by the way) and saw the pet sitting there having her little bath I knew I had to have it. Unfortunately the first one buggered off before I had time to make space for her, but no matter; I love the one I got. Aqua & Sun are probably my favourite thus far, but I'm keeping mine as her day!common colouring for the time being. Anyway, I'm rambling...

I'm in awe! Even though it's only an elephant, the design is gorgeous. I'm considering getting two, but I'm certainly getting a night common Zentu as soon as possible. Thank you, artist. You did a great job.

For some reason I kept imagining as a Chinese Dragon kind of pet so seeing it's like an elephant is jarring, ha. It's beautiful!

They're pretty, but with my pet scheme, I wouldn't have a common, and that's a shame, because they're the best color.

I'll just go and admire your little Zentus from afar.

Best pet on the site yet, tbph. There is not a color scheme I do not like with the Zentu. Whoever drew it did an incredible job. I need at least one and I've no idea where to start. XDD

I still don't really have an interest in getting one because I have no ideas for it BUT I have to say this pet is absolutely beautiful!!!! It looks way better than I was imagining based on the silhouette. I'm also happy that the people who have wanted an elephant pet for a long time can finally have one. The day/night common colors are amazing and a unique idea. AND I LOVE THE BATH HOUSE as soon as I saw it I thought about Spirited Away... I don't know if that was the intention but I love that beautiful movie. Everything is perfect and beautiful.

And I just visited the actual page where you adopt the zentu. The art is beautiful there too and the mechanic of adoption is lovely. "A female zentu is bathing in the pool!" Incredible :D
