I can absolutely do you two versions, as I generally work HUGE anyway, so I resize down as needed c: I can animate him to blink for free, anything more complicated than that ie - tail wagging/ect would be extra because I have to redraw the tail a lot to get it to wag convincingly heh. Just let me know what you'd like c:

I can definitely do that, and 30m sp would be very much enough! How much of nightwing's features would you want? ie. just the colouring or would you like hair on him? Do you want the mask to be a marking, or an actual mask?

A blink would be nice! I don't like too much animation :3
