I'm game for trying new stuffs

Well if there is other stuff too besides mechanics and technical thingys then I'm willing to give it a try. Vampires and Werewolves sound like a good deal to me.

I'm up for trying out new ideas for HAs :) Seems like the wardrobe is messing up again.

Im really up for anything outfit wise, but I will say steampunk is one of my least favorites if it is stuck to the whole gold/brown colour scheme. Both myself and Jettison are more in to odd colours. At least this masq added a lot of brights so I may be able to pull it off better than in ws2.

Quick question, is it safe to assume Lucien has a crows nest on the Floating Frenchman? If not, would one of the other Pyrate vessels have one?

Okay, Squirrel train has derailed with this first scored RP, and something I thought I had clarified really well is turning out to be clear as mud to quite a few folks, so let's try again!

1. About those suggested "roles." Please note the term suggested! When we were starting up, we had folks saying things like, "I'd love to play be I can't to puzzles," or "I can organize, but I don't want to RP at all," and a bunch of stuff like that.

So, I made a few suggestions as to some roles that MIGHT help out a team IF they were needed. These were NOT assignments, and I thought I dealt with the confusion at that time, especially when Cyroris asked about just keeping things as they were, and I agreed.

These suggestions were only to help teams that needed it. That's all. IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!!

Just have the captain or co-captain turn in the RP on the chapter story thread, as you have always done.

2. The Steampunk stuff which sort of hijacked the board--my bad---is just an idea coming from some suggestions or comments in smails. It's all about WS5! It has nothing to do with WS4!

It wouldn't involve any more mechanics than WS2, it would be magic and alchemy laden, and it certainly would not have all dull colors! BUT, it's all smoke and mirrors right now! Ellak and Sinhae are this adventure!

3. No, you do NOT all have to arrive in Crystania ships. The listings are only for the folks who want to enhance their RP introductions. As far as I'm concerned, you're on a hill overlooking the open city gates, and you're going to go down and in, find the coffee shop, and deal with whatever confronts you. Just don't go into the cafe' okay?

If you want a fancy aerial intro, go ahead, but it won't matter to the judges, as they will be starting at that hilltop!

As to Ellak City and what it looks like, here are some helpful pictures to give you an idea:

Are you saying all the descriptions etc. we have slowly done now need to be moved to the hill scene and our RP will only be judged from the hill on? Or can we leave it as we started which was from the Inn?

Since we had quite a few folks who didn't want to introduce already familiar characters again, the RP in chapter 1 was completely optional. Most teams included character descriptions, some did not; it was all good. I'm not sure how you would work your team's meeting at the inn and then traveling through the tunnel and on to Ellak City into the RP for Chapter 2, but you are more than welcome to do so. You can just include the hillside at the end.

Thanks! Will double check our roleplay but think it has been managed... we saved our character description until now due to new players in our group and some changing their HA. :)
