Hm, that one's kind of a toughie. I actually own that item, and I think I didn't add it because it's not really a mouth, but I think it wouldn't be out of place in the "illusion of lips" category considering some of the others I've wound up adding there.

If you didn't know...

No makeup, no lashes. Just... Kind of manly, tiny eyeballs.

The Delish Capre eyes definitely have makeup (eyeshadow - the blue-gray lining the lash line), as do the Skankpop eyes (again, eyeshadow), Aviatricks (lashes), Surf Powder eyes (the illusion of eyeshadow).

I'd like to suggest the lililace gray days eyes, as while they are darkly lined it's never looked like makeup to me. Same goes for the vintage eyes, which are some of my very favorites. I think some of the eyes not in abnormal might need to be switched, like the nightmare lenses, but UGH YES.

Might we get a list of just eyebrows, no eyes? to go with the eyes, no eyebrows? <3

Mm, they do look like makeup to me. I will add them but I hope you don't mind if I put them in "Questionable". I can definitely see why you like the Vintage Eyeliner though! I'll have to get it eventually myself haha. As for the placement of some of them, I think I was mostly trying to go with eyes that have abnormal shapes for the Abnormal category, rather than abnormal colors.

Added! The High Elf Delicate Eyeshadow Container was already on the list though under the first category, "Eyebrows, Lashes". I could be mistaken, but it vaguely looks to me like it could have lashes, either that or it's a really tiny line for an eyelid. It's hard to tell.

Thank you so much for this! I don't wear makeup in real life (I would rather someone thought I was beautiful for my beauty, not for the makeup I wear), and I don't like it very much online either.

That is a lot of the reason I made this post. ^^ Makeup has become so commonplace in reality, so expected even, but it all looks so plastic and fake. I'd much rather we as a society re-learn to see the beauty in our natural forms, "imperfections" and all.

Do you happen to have a list of lips that have a natural lip color? Instead of blending in with the skin, they're more a natural pinky to brown color like

Oh my, there's been some activity while I've been gone.

I am pretty sure that rainbow lolly comes with lips that are too pink to be natural, but I will consider the pacifier. The only thing with the pacifier is that it doesn't show the lips at all. Usually the items I'll accept in the illusions category don't hide where the lips should be. Thank you for the suggestions, though!

There are a couple loosely like that on the list already under "Nude Lips", but I'm afraid there aren't many there. I haven't found very many that fit the "natural" look so far, especially because due to the wide variety of natural lip colors and lipsticks which mimic them, it can be hard to tell them apart when they're just tiny simplified drawings. That being said, I think trying to figure out how to respond to this has helped me figure out how to judge that haha. The item you have mentioned fits the criteria, so I'll add it, and I'll keep my eyes out for any more.
